I'm sorry to hear that. It is an old build and the game has changed a lot since 2016. I'll see if I can load it, but it may not work any more

Its still wont open. i haven used your ship before and when i try to open a new world it says there was a download error

In your Steam library, right click on Space Engineers and choose properties from the menu. In the new window that pops up, select the "BETAS" tab at the top.Then from the drop down menu select "develop - Public develop branch".

Thanks :D Sadly the Infiltrator got lost a while back but to be honest, it would probably need redoing as it was made before several major updates and likely wouldn't work. I'll see what I can do this weekend.

Not sure, the game used to be able to export ships as obj models (use Ctrl+Alt+E while looking at the ship) but I believe it's broken at the moment.

Well I think its due to the new ability in dev where you can paste any grid into the ground(inside voxels) that sort of breaks the backward compatibility, so like I mentioned when that feature makes it to stable maybe it will work, also the other thing to consider is the world options in the saves to turn the presure inside grids off without having to completely disable oxygen.

@stratovariant thanks for the info and I'm glad you like the ship enough to show it to your friends :steamhappy: It's a shame that even with mods disabled a dev save won't work on the stable branch. I will have to add a warning to the descriptions of all my builds.

Yeah, I run on Dev most of the time so it ran just fine, but when I noticed someone having issues on stable yeah I tried to run on stable to test it out and it just fizzled. I tried a fresh new world made on dev no mods then converting that to stable and the same. Cool ship and I love Rebel's inspired stuff, been playing with your ship showing it up to a few other SW fans who don't own Space Engineers, yet. Fun stuff :D Maybe when they introduce the changes that are on dev to stable, players might be able to try this out, or they could just switch to dev, its so much fun.

@Downunda Thunda : Its the fact that its a Dev save that will make the game crash in my experience. Once a world is made Dev, you can't use it in stable, incompatible features that will not revert. Either change your game to Dev to play this thing, or ask the author to copy the vehicle to a Stable save. TBH Stable sucks, Devs should never have done this stupid split.

@Downunda Thunda this was made on Dev Build. I can't change back to stable to figure out which mod is causing the problem but the most likely culprit is the one or more of the scripts. These can be disabled in the advanced options menu before loading. Hope that helps.

Every time I try to load the map, it crashes my game.... Any idea what's the cause of this? Every time I click on load, it instantly crashes. Doesn't even get to the downloading mods screen.

XxSpaceCatxX subscribe here, then open Space Engineers. On the main screen click Workshop and select this world (Star Wars: Shadow Caster) from the list. Finally, click "copy & load"

Ah, that'll be it. I would suggest it may be the scripts and those can be disabled in the advanced options menu before loading. If that doesn't work it'll be one of the mods so try disabling them all and adding them back one at a time till it works. The energy shields are for stable and dev so it would be one or more of the others. I realise that's a fair bit of work to get it to work but I can't easily switch back to stable as all my stuff is on dev. Hope that helps.

Hmm, there aren't that many mods and nothing too big so it may be due to the branch you are using as this is for dev. Are you on stable or dev branch?

I've got a few others in my workshop. Some of them need updating (like the Scimitar) but you should check out Dac1199, The Milkman and Purrfect-Blinky (links in the description). They have some awesome Star Wars builds as well.
