i wanted to ask you.....what program to you use to make stuff like that.....cuz i used Sculptris program to make 1 and i did....but i still dont know how to make the coloring or add texture or even to do maps so can u help me to show me or even tell me how to do that?

Hu Neat, I always hated flowing helmet tassles so now this is extra insentive to finaly grab the monkey tank.

really really loving the use of the energy chevrons, this is a helmet i would use on ANY frame to be honest. My only two questions are would you make a full skin to match this helmet, or ever consider it? and would you consider making helmets with a similar aesthetic feel for other frames?

Updating the design slightly because the front mask feels kind of bare. Will update sketchfab and the rest of the images in the next few days.

Well just in case of few things, if they do want it it'll make things easier for me and them. But if they don't accept the helmet, at least i don't have to wonder whether it's because the energy trails or not

IMO, this helmet's great because it attempts to evoke the original legend of Sun Wu-Kong without adhering strictly to DE's standards for the Warframe (having an elongated, forward projecting face and two energy streamers). It provides variety, and TBH those streamers tend to get in my way when I'm aiming down sights, so a helmet without them would be wonderful.

While it's your helmet design, Rekkou, I really hope you stick to your guns with this one, unless DE flat-out tells you that a Wukong helmet without the streamers won't be accepted.

After some thoughts i'm rethinking about adding the energy trails, but i will leave it to DE to decide whether they want to use it or not.

Personally, it reminds me of something from Gurren Lagann, but that doesn't change the fact that it's the best looking Wukong helm I've seen so far.

I can kinda see it, with the projections on the brow and chin representing tufts of fur and the larger winglike projections representing ears, but the face doesn't really scream 'monkey' to me - unless the circlet also serves as sunglasses and the black markings on the face are his nose. In that case, that's one stylin' monkey.

I love this helmet, and the fact that the holo-circlet is evocative of Sun Wu-Kong's ring of restraint, used to keep him in line when he's misbehaving. I also appreciate that you omitted the head-streamers, which honestly I found highly annoying on the default and Dasheng helmets.

My only complaint is that it's not really evocative of a monkey or ape, like the other two helmets are. Still, it's pretty minor of a complaint and I definitely support and would use this alt helmet.

I love it but just.... Doesn't fit at all, I'm sorry but it looks like you strapped a mask on him. Just doesn't feel natural.... Otherwise really good Idea and great concept Ya got here mate. GO FOR IT !

Btw, it kinda looks like Genji from Overwatch... realy cool.

Want. I really do. My favorite helmet of the three is still the default one, but having the three would be amazing. One that I just think looks really cool and makes me think of Wukong; one that looks like an actual monkey; and one that is more connected to his original story. Perfect.

Rekkou, you've done it again. The Arrester Helmet is my permanent Volt Prime helmet, I want to snag the Zastruga helmet for Frost Prime, and now this is on my wishlist. You've become my go-to guy for Alt Helms. :D

I'm fairly impressed with the Warframe aesthetic. Not only does it match wukong, it matches the style of Warframes more than a lot of more recent ones have: lots of things that look like they could be different faces on it depending on how you look at it. Nice work.

Eh, I feel like the color mapping should be altered, maybe make the top of the head default blue as well or something. But that's just shallow nitpicking, this thing is awesome!
