经过测试 近战防御和士气这两个属性会大幅度提升,近战防御大概20点的样子 士气20点 1212也在用:steamthumbsup::steamthumbsup:其他攻击属性变化倒不大(保持原版升级曲线),护甲 武器杀伤(武器威力)倒是一直不变

2) However, in most TW games (with the exception of Shogun 2, weirdly) veterancy is still pretty understated. What's the point in keeping veteran troops you've had since the start of the campaign if you can just go recruit a whole load of fancy new troops from the lvl 4 barracks you just built? Even with the (very ahistorical and kinda annoying) unit propotion system, which lets you upgrade low level troops to better ones, the best units in the game are late-game standalone units that pretty inevitably become the core of all your armies. This mod mitigates that up to a point, which I like.

@panderson61 While that's true in a modern warfare context, as a general rule historically the further back you go the more effective massive levied armies of peasants were, presumably because there was less involved in training a peasant to reload a crossbow and fire it than there is to training a modern soldier. That being said, in periods with more professional soldiers about (like the Roman periods, for example) seasoned formations of troops were undoubtedly superior to, for example, massed levied armies from Persia. I am a combat veteran in RL and green troops are essenly worthless - ie Kassiren Pass WW2 - hopefully you can keep this mod working past all the CA nerfs - good job thanks

It does not fix the experience bug in the game unfortunately experience is now a worthless item, because armies loose All experience after one turn.

@grey it doesn't effect the experience gain rate, unless they kill a general they won't skip ranks. If that is happening, it's not this mod causing it

okay got a bit of issue here, the unit level seem to skip from 1 bronze to 2 silver rather often, on slingers and calvary, might need to look into it

super random question since you are a decent modder, Are you able make the soldiers to fight more chaotic and without restraint, not caring much about holding the line and formations? Loose formations that dont reform? Likes ur mod!

@Ziggy yeah it's linked as part of the base code, if you make it harder to gain veterancy, it's harder to lose it with replenishment

Would it be possible for a modder to make it so its harder to get veteran status but it doesn't disappear with troop replenishment?

I'm sorry, I'm an idiot. It does work with AoC, I was confused by the fact that it only gives +1 to attack to the units while your version for Rome 2 gave a bit more (+3 if I remember correctly). So at first I thought it wasn't working.

Yeah, but that entry might be a bit high if it's giving 2 gold chevrons....it's the only thing I can think of, but if it is it does need nerfing a bit lol

problem here. with this mod my units get 2 gold chevrons but another unit gets 2 bronze chevrons with the same kills( about 97) and even better another unit got 0. would you know what the problem is
