In the thumbnail it says BP is 22, but in my game it shows up as 14.

@sirock I understand where that's coming from, and I understand what chucklefish intended it for... but I'ma let chucklefish know right now if they would read this mod

Having something explode in your face, even a firework for celebratory purposes.. willl hurt.
Moreso if it is a firework, people can get seriously hurt from these things, namely in serious ways, like Death. If nothing else, Vanilla should set things on fire when sparkles or close proximity explosion, but thats a bit tall of an order.

the zephyr spark launcher is not really for damage though. it is mostly for fun and celebrating. but with this addon everyone will forget that and mostly use it for health withering.

You can find it in the chucklefish forums for Starbound under Mods -> Other, or just do a quick google search for 'Starbound unofficial modding ebook".

May I know where you found that Unofficial Modding E-Book? I'd like to learn more about modding, I know basicas and I teach myself more everytime I try, but it's nice to learn more!

That's fine, but maybe people want to use it in normal play as well :)

this weapon did have a use before this being able to aggro npcs, and slowly kill fluffalo chickens and the sort.

so thanks?

That depends on what you're making. Most of what I learned was from a resource called "Unofficial modding ebook", which is a PDF you can download that explains things pretty clearly. There is also some good information on starbounder.org but it isn't entirely up to date.
