The Commercial High-Rise generally feels weaker than the Residential High-Rise since Food is, generally, a stronger stat than Gold since it allows more powerful late-game tiles to be worked.

In my opinion either more flat Gold or a percent Gold boost would bring it up to par.

Then, again, I'm no balance expert.

Either way I'm loving the mod.

I'm afraid they don't have 3D models. I don't have the skills or tools for that.

Hi - I installed the mods and developed the steel and built the commercial building - but it does not display. Got no option to build the residential. I had a few other mods also enabled - do you think maybe some conflicts - i so wanted to see the pretty buildings - was using G&K -thanks

horses /cows/shee-p/deer can all be turned into nice processed food.......maybe build fast food chain in city to double food benifits of each in radius!

This does work in G&K... because the Industrial Steel mod doesn't work in vanilla, it only works in G&K (except, in my last test, if you enable both in vanilla it won't stop you, and the skyscrapers will exist without the steel)

If you subscribe here, it should appear in the list of installed mods next time you go to the mods menu in-game. You shouldn't be able to use it until G&K is out, though, as it requires Industrial Steel, which requires G&K.

The graphics in the thumbnail are those used for the high-rise buildings in-game. There's no 3D art for them, as 3D art isn't really in my skill-set.

Because it requires Industrial Steel, it won't work 100% without Gods and Kings. However, if the game can be persuaded to run it without Industrial Steel, the buildings should appear anyway, without the resource requirement. I think.
