Please make a FU patch for this, I love this mod :(
Tango Foxtrot 4 Feb, 2022 @ 8:19am
And another thing, if you're having trouble making an FU patch, talk to sayter.

It's incompatible because having this mod installed may cause certain item to not appear in your default crafting menu. Plus, there's no support for food stack mods that consolidate items with a freshness timer.

If you're referring to me in the pic of the container - those are vanilla items equipped on a human. :)
GeekyRaptorStudios 23 Oct, 2021 @ 1:34pm
what race mod is that?
Suphax  [author] 27 Oct, 2020 @ 10:22am
Any chance you could quote? I tend not to join public discords.

Based on the post in the official discord.

How so?
Zoiberg 25 Oct, 2020 @ 3:34am
Incompatible with FU.

It has been for me

Does this MOD still work with 1.4 update?
les8ean 20 May, 2018 @ 3:05am
finally! a shipping container i can actually craft! no more spending hours searching for hylotl cities to steal them from (and a shipping container that ha a decent storage size too! awesome)
hatake.kaede 5 May, 2018 @ 1:11pm
that was just what I needed - no more 10 fridges to spam my base- big thanks!
Suphax  [author] 26 Dec, 2017 @ 12:06pm
I will look into it :)
eqlipse333 26 Dec, 2017 @ 6:42am
Nevermind, found the problem. It was 'Larger Storage Lockers': if, at any time, you had improved containters installed with that mod, then it will continue looking for its functionality. Apparently, it doesn't play well with Refrigerated Containers.

On that note, can we get some sorting/search functionality on this? :<
eqlipse333 26 Dec, 2017 @ 6:23am
I'm getting a crash every time I try to access the container:

[Error] Exception caught loading asset: /scripts/v6/improvedcontainergui.lua, (AssetException) No such asset '/scripts/v6/improvedcontainergui.lua'

I'm not sure if this is directly related to your mod, or a conflict with your mod. No, I'm not using "Improved Containers," before you ask.
Miller 20 Oct, 2017 @ 6:15am
Fiiiiiiinally. Thanks sooooo much man!

WOAH. Getting it and using it now.
Suno 2 Jul, 2017 @ 10:07am
Where do i craft the rubber?
Pussylisko 19 Jan, 2017 @ 1:28am
I too would appreciate the sorting with these containers. I've spent long times sorting my raw foods to these fridges and when I take something out and put something back, it'll become a mess again. (OCD much? :D)

@Suphax, Of course I like it! XD Ironically, despite what everyone says, I actually find it to be one of the more balanced refrigeration mods out there + its fun because it makes another challenge with the oil. As for the mod, here it is: https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=729427606 Feel it would make a great addition, if you could implement it, due to the amount of slots in the container. Again, great mod, and good luck if you decide to try and add this change. ;)
Suphax  [author] 28 Oct, 2016 @ 3:03pm
@Atomic - I'm not sure about the sorting thing, give me a link to the mod and I'll look into it when I have the energy. I'm glad you like it!
𝓜𝓸𝓸𝓷⏾𝓛𝓲𝓽 28 Oct, 2016 @ 12:53pm
@Suphax, oh, scratch the bit about the gui in top left, must have been me. Rest still stand.
𝓜𝓸𝓸𝓷⏾𝓛𝓲𝓽 28 Oct, 2016 @ 12:42pm
For everyone complaining about how big it is, its 286 to make it efficient because it takes the space of 12 Large Cooler's which have 32 slots (as stated by Werbaali), and secondly it not easy to find the oil neccessary to build the container. You will be proud of the container if you have one because its hard to build and it deserves the space. =)

@Suphax love the mod so far. Just love to stare at the contaienr and be proud (and it works awesome with automation mod) XD My only complaint is that the sort effect from other mods does not work on the container (yet it does on avali containers? must have been coded differently or something) and the gui always pop up on my top left and covers my player gui. Not sure if its the container or my gui mod causing it.
OhNo | Lost Echo 16 Oct, 2016 @ 2:18pm
I feel 256 may be a bit overkill, any chance you can release a version that goes back to 128, or possibly whatever the capacity of the vanilla red shipping containers are?
Suphax  [author] 22 Sep, 2016 @ 6:56am
Oh, you were on about your previous comment, wasn't clear. Yeah the insulation was an item that was going to be used in the recipe.
Lyra 22 Sep, 2016 @ 6:02am
Hm, I don't remember using the insulation, and it isn't listed in the description as being used.
Suphax  [author] 22 Sep, 2016 @ 12:33am
@Pussylisko - Thankyou ;)
@ConfusingDalek - Refrigerating food so it doesn't rot?
Lyra 21 Sep, 2016 @ 6:46pm
What do you use it for.
Pussylisko 21 Sep, 2016 @ 3:54pm
Hey, forget what I said earlier... I actually tried this mod and getting the oil for the rubber is really lots of work. The whole item is certainly hard enough to make to compensate the large size and refrigerative capability in a single container! =)
Lyra 18 Sep, 2016 @ 2:13pm
What is the insulation for, and what is the itemname?
Pussylisko 14 Sep, 2016 @ 11:00pm
Sorry to compare this to other mod's content, but I think it's kinda cheap while it has double the room of a Pixel Goods -container, which costs 3000px and has only 128 slots and doesn't even refrigerate.

On the other hand, crafted stuff should be better than bought stuff, but you could maybe up the tungsten cost of the recipe a bit from 15... heck, I'd craft that kind of ultimate container even if it cost me 30 tungsten.
Dekrosna 26 Aug, 2016 @ 7:39pm
if broken does it keep its contents or is it compatible with a mod that allows for that?
Folklore "Jones" 26 Aug, 2016 @ 4:26pm
Any chance this will have a sorting option in the future?
RED PYRO STANDO USER 17 Aug, 2016 @ 10:11pm
the one with the tv head
RED PYRO STANDO USER 17 Aug, 2016 @ 10:11pm
where you get the outfit?
Suphax  [author] 16 Aug, 2016 @ 6:44am
@Thundercraft - Rather than doing that I'll just crop and redraw the sprite? :') that's the easier option. I'll add another container as I don't want to mess with people's worlds who have placed them and most likely build around them
Thundercraft 16 Aug, 2016 @ 6:04am
I like the concept, I really like the looks, and I like the recipe. However, like Werbaali said, it's too space inefficient.

Instead of making a larger chest slot configuration, have you considered making the container physically smaller? Would it be difficult to shrink the size by exactly half ? A paint program could resize the image with resampling set to "nearest neighbor" and look good. (Though, I realize that it's more complicated than just the image.)
Suphax  [author] 14 Aug, 2016 @ 4:22am
Yeah I know, working on adding larger chest slot configurations now. Even 128 isn't normally possible with the vanilla game.
Werbaali 14 Aug, 2016 @ 4:20am
This thing takes the space of 12 Large Cooler's 32 slots each totals to 384 slots =/ Making this thing horribly inefficient. http://starbounder.org/Large_Cooler
Suphax  [author] 13 Aug, 2016 @ 2:55pm
@Yuki - Updated, it's a bit harder, but not too much. More grindy than anything.
*Yuki* 13 Aug, 2016 @ 2:43pm
@thegamemaster1234, I dont like FU, personally. It has some nice ideas, but lot of things are disbalanced or unfinished, in its current state
RobotLucca 13 Aug, 2016 @ 2:01pm
@Yuki clearly you haven't played with FU yet... it has a fridge with 128 slots, is the size of a high school locker (relatively speaking), and is way cheaper.
Suphax  [author] 13 Aug, 2016 @ 1:59pm
@Yuki - Working on making insultion from 50 oil and tarballs etc. Updated sprite and animated a panel, will be out at some point. Will work on more storage soon!
*Yuki* 13 Aug, 2016 @ 9:19am
@Suphax, can you make more different sized fridges? For this one... Recipe 100% should be harder, but no idea, how much
Suphax  [author] 13 Aug, 2016 @ 9:13am
@Yuki - It's just a larger fridge, I'm open to suggestions.
*Yuki* 13 Aug, 2016 @ 8:41am
kinda op for this recipe, Imo, but okay
