Hello, I was just wondering, does the orbital station planet type you created have a pc_tropical (example) equivalent, like for console commands?

@Alterima I started getting to problem too since Heinlein which is good; If I can replicate I have a chance of working out what is wrong and fixing. I've worked out which of my systems are affected, so I know where to start looking now. I think its related to the other starting species - treecats in this case. Which makes a degree of sense.

Okay so i downloaded this mod, then when i installed it the game crashes right after i get to City Appearance. when i uninstalled it and started up my game everything worked just fine. i think theres something wrong with your mod

Nothing important. I just haven't got around to manually changing the patch number (from 1.4 to 1.5) which does absolutely nothing except remove that flag.

@io If you still want to do that spanish localisation... I don't *think* I can apply it to planet names, but the modifier name and tooltip and system selection name and tooltip should be cool.

The Capital modifier, and at least some of the spirtualist vanilla government types, also reduce ethics divergence.

English localisation added as well as the "Manticoran Ally" modifier which gives a 10% boon to each research doctrine, but adds 30% ethics divergence (canceled out by Fanatic Spiritualist if you build that way).

"Saganami Island Tactical Simulator" is a tabletop minitures system that was approved by David Weber and gave some ship specifics. But it was only a snapshot in time from early in the series i think

well the main story books give a decent map of the Haven quadrant. internal structure is pretty much eluded thats true but having a premade scenario where you are ether maticore or haven might be fun to have. After for the Solarien League may be a bit too much to handle i have to agree though they would make a nice fallen empire ingame.

@DireEvangelist for modeling, you may try to ask arround the otehr modders. i know that teh EVE online mods have predefined ship moddles that (as far as i wa able to play it before it started bugging due to update compatibilities) can't be chosen by other races. if they don't reply you may aswell try to "decypher" the coding to better your skills

Series 282 was the type of LAC carried by HMS Wayfarer in HH6. Remember, the "armed merchant cruiser" with six LACs and the first podlayer arrangement?

Anyway, the Series 282 was only a prototype, made _just_ for the Trojan Horse q-ships. Sort of a "proof of concept" that LACs _could_ be updated to be useful, though it's design was still "miniature warship", unlike the later Shrike and Ferret.

The prewar LACs were the Highlander-class.

@gillian.c; Yeah :steamhappy:. I would love a ship mod, but sadly not within my capabilities. Next mod I do upload though, when I upload it, will be the Maya System / Smoking Frog. That might seem a bit of a weird choice, but outside of Manticore A/B and Grayson it doesn't seem like a lot is known about system layouts. Hopefully SoV and the next Companion book will start filling them in some.

Those LAC aren't really "fighters", though their operational doctrine is similar. They're closer in nature to the "PT Boats" used by the U.S. in the Pacific Theater during WW2. Especially where crew size is concerned. Especially in that they carry crews of 10 (esplicitly stated for the Shrikes), as opposed to the 1 or 2 a fighter would carry.

what would really be nice is to have the ships from the honorverse forced as basic ship templates. would love to have the 600G accel fighters from the books. i don't know their original version name as i only read the books in french.
having the weaponnary would be nice too. like the appolo class missiles and all and the capsule super battleships.

@io No reason they couldn't be used together compatibility-wise, however they wouldn't fuse together so to speak. There would be two Yeltsin systems. One which spawns as a auxillary system of Manticore and however many more somewhere else for whatever custom empires are using this a starting system. If you've ever had multiple force-spawned empires using the Sol system as a template you'll know what I mean.

As for translation, thanks for the offer, but I'm new to modding and I haven't really looked into what localisation involves. At the moment, I don't really have time to do so either.

Love it!, I translated Browncoat's Honorverse MOD to spanish and I was very interested in see more of the map, like those of Republic of Haven, The Solarian League, Andermani Empire, Silesian Confederacy, Kingdom of Torch, etc but seems like Browncoat abandon his project.

If you want, I'll translate your mod to spanish. I'll be very happy to do.

Just one question. Is your mod compatible with the one of Browncoat?, I mean, when gma started the adjacent neighbour system to Yeltsin is the Manticora system if both Mods are running?
