After 1 loop (jumping on the orange path) I remembered the name and just went for the turrets at the start. Thoroughly enjoed this chamber as it makes you think differently (as I now read in the description lol). I also like all maps that use companion cubes :)

instinctives fears? After twitching back for half of a second, I was attracted by the first laser and ... suddenly out. I had to play again, to see, what you meant by the infinity loop! And that may make many others feel stupid ;) Well, so thumbs up anyway for the nice loop you created around :) #F4F!

Well... I made the exit harder because it was too obvious, and not it seems that it is impossible to find X) Will see if I find a better way to do that...

I hesitate to say how I feel. In my humble opinion, there is no way to 'figure out' this map. I enjoyed the run around the loop and saw all the effort you put into it. Then I was stumped. Like I said there is no way to figure it out. Thumbs up for all your work.

Well the exit is always at the same place, you just have to go a bit more in the direction of the turrets to find it ;)

just went around a few more times.
this time I used button on route. pannel opens, but not needed.
cube on route, the same cube as exit.
they are not a problem, but did not know before.
people will definately think twice about facing extra turrets on 1st attempt.
not sorted, but improved.
your description still gives it away,

Well the left part is probably not enough freaky X) Will try to make that part better : the idea was that you go in front of you first because you see the turret no the left ^^"

going down that hall, the left path is the exit, what is the point of the long right path? I never figured it out

if you do or don't. think about it in future maps.
as you don't want most of your work wasted.
eg. before going back to the begining is the choice that either takes you back to the begining or to the exit. not have the choice at the begining.

well I could hide the exit lane before you did the loop once... But players that try to go where is the turret at first try may think that this part is useless and never try again to go there ^^" Will think about it... If I find a nice way to make that, I will update the map ^^

again, if the choice is at the end,
even experienced players playing in full quality,
would experience all of your map at least once.
or more by choice.

Well, experienced players playing in full quality will probably go left first because they can see the lane in the dark and know the turret will be useless X) It's more a test for new players that may avoid the turret and try the other path ;)

good map.
I decided to look at the description, before playing.
after playing, I thought I would try a 2nd time,
but going the wrong way.
impressive,
but, a lot of people who do it right first time,
might miss out on the rest of the map.
this would be a shame.
perhaps the choice should have been at the end,
(if they get it right, they exit-wrong, they loop)
to ensure all your map is experienced to it's full effect ?
as it is, the description gives to much away.

Is there anything in that turret room near the exit? Just yes or no, I wanna know if it's worth the effort to make my way in there with the box as a sheild, which I could not seem to do.

im not sure if i found a problem in your map or i did it correctly I just went to where the turrets are , went left , shot a portal where the grill is and one next to the button and pressed it to get the cube... {/spolier]

that was just plain evil. My frustrations with wrong solutions almost made me give it a thumbs down. I changed my mind when I finally got it.

XD Well you are supposed not to move in the funnel elevator ^^" And sorry about the other disagreements, but the puzzle is supposed to auto-kill or auto-sneak all the dangers in you don't move too much X)

LOL! The first run through, I actually slipped off the button. Have I told you my fear of death by turret? Second run through, I didn't hit the first faith plate and slipped off into the goo. 3rd run through, I decided to make an endless tunnel and throw a turret in. It fell out, then died, then fell through the non-portal section of the floor! If you try to move in the tractor beam? Turret death. Yeah, I seem to be the queen of unintentional death :) Now, for my 4th try...

Thanks xjohnx ^^ As you probably know if you looked quickly in my workshop : I use to create independent maps based on a unique concept each ;) But if people are really interested I could try to make another map of this type ^^

Wow! I mean wow! I was totally freaked the whole way through. I felt kinda helpless not being able to use my portal gun. That whole level was like a rollercoaster.

This do not use trials and errors ^^ This use to place you into scary situation, but always keep you alive. The aim here is to make you think different and search the answer where you never thought you could find it ;)

(SPOILERS) yes i submitted to my fears first...
the moment i fell down that shaft towards the deadly lasers scared me :D.
alse, there are a lot of good ideas for other puzzles.

Good clean fun!
At first yes I did beat it in about 20 secs, then decided to go back and see the rest, and I'm glad I did, that was a great ride.
I particularly liked the tractor beam swooping in to save me, and the crossfire button.
It felt a bit like an amusement park ride, and I'm getting back in line!

For me good maps also inspire me to make something similar, I'm inspired, but screwed in terms of sleep now.

I found the tractor beam up with the turrets to be a little harsh, but still a clever loop.
I made a level with surprises too, but it is short.
