How do I change the skin for the cars?

Yes, as long as it's a simfphys conversion of TDM's Beetle (like Willi302's) you can use these skins with it.

I think someone else had a similar problem regarding one of the skin addons I made, not sure how to help you though.

Whenever i put on one of these skins on my vw and enter it, it just reverts back to the default skin! anyone know how to fix this?

I know pretty much nothing else about modding the Source Engine other than custom texture making, sorry. Did you make sure not only to hit the "Subscribe" button but also restart your game? That's all I can think to suggest.

Its not working, why you don't try to remake the mod, or just create a herbie mod, that you spawn the herbie with the skin, not choose in another pack, this will help a lot of peapole that likes beeltle and herbie

Yeah, if you ask me she's Herbie's TRUE girlfriend, rather than Sally. After all, from what we the viewers see at least she's Herbie's FIRST girlfriend. (Jim did mention Herbie had been out with several other cars previously, though he may have said that only to get Giselle to race and forget about Herbie)

Horace is simply a black custom Beetle, which would require a specific model. Since I have no modeling skills whatsoever, I can't make a Horace model, and for the aforementioned reason I can't make a skin either, sorry.

What do you mean exactly? If you mean that does this work on the simfphys version of TDm's Beetle yes, it's the exact same vehicle just on the simfphys base.

I didn't bother with Herbie's HFB schemes for several reasons, including: #1: I don't really like HFB very much (except for the NASCAR race at the end of course) #2: I was unable to do the decals on some of them including Junkyard Herbie and Demo Derby Herbie which would require dirt and rust respectively and #3: I kinda ran out of skin slots. Also no problem, you can keep commenting if you want, if you have any questions, bug reports or suggestions feel free to tell me :)
