It downloaded dodgy so I went on to cscheater and downloaded it and that went dodgy so I went through my files and fixed it but the addon works :) Thanks

No I have that. The CSS worked for the old server but it is just my half life that is fucked up.

I downloaded it it is in my addons but the textures aren't working for the floor or anything. Any ideas on how to fix it?

so this means that you dont need to install the hl content packs for this map but if you want to use other maps that require hl content then you need something else

@tornadobruce what kind of content was missing? Was it the missing texture texture or an red error? send me the map you were using so I can have a look at it.
