Now it worked for me. :) It didn´t work via Steam Workshop in the Steam client, but it worked when I subscribed it via FM16´s in-game Workshop link.

For everyone the Update doesn´t work:

Unsubsribe in Steam client --> Start FM16 --> Open Downloads --> Choose Add-on´s via Steam Workshop --> Search and Subscribe it --> Quit FM16 and Steam and restart both
