Update: I can see all cars except for UNSC Oliphant and New Warthog for clockwork, but all of the vehicles have no skins.

Lua error, the yellow up on the screen. Escape, addons, and there will be some options like activate all etc

Oh, be sure to restart your game and also be sure the addons are activated in the main menu. Also you said "Error" you see model in errors or this is lua error ?
