I just found the problem, you're using the Alien Spiderman player model with the MCU Spiderman skin slapped all over it, the Alien Spiderman model file name are still the same so if you happen to have the Alien Spiderman model along with the MCU Spiderman model, it's going to conflict because all the file names are still the same except the skin has changed.

Bullcrap, it's not hard. all you have to do is remove the animations from the playermodel, and delete the body leaving only the hands and the then compiling it into a seperate model.
