I've never seen this mod before today and I've never talked to this modder. We've never blocked a mod that I know of. Certainly not a simple children mod.
In fact there is another children mod that works quite well AFAIK.
And you'll note - this mod is still on the Steam Workshop! It's not banned or blocked in any way.
I have no problem with children being added to the game; in fact my code makes it easy to do this specifically. And I have often considered adding it myself (there just hasn't been time yet).
I think this modder is confused or something; if the mod stopped working it would be for simple compatibility reasons like usual, as ExterminateJuice's quote explains.
Sometimes when we're adding features we change the code so that some mods might not work any more. Breaking mods is not the goal; it's just a side-effect of us fixing bugs and adding features. Remember the game is still in early access.
I am fiending for it
He said I was threatening his game with this... -_-
And when they get old enough (never gonna happen :D ) "spawn" as an adult?
Would be a easyfix until the game allow "Real" baby mechanics.
I hope the devs become more active in the near future. But random event has to trigger just like the animals for "Mate".
