Good storage space, but the tek vault hurts my eyes!

Not a good mod, author swapped material on old meshes in the most basic way possible. You could at least put a little effort in retaining ability to pain the storage boxes.

Has anyone figured out the spawn codes for these?

Suggestion: Making the vaults drop to the floor instead of breaking when the foundation they're placed on breaks (Like vanilla vaults). Currently, the Obsidian vaults are only as strong as the foundation they're placed on since they can't be placed on the ground and break when the foundation breaks.

Wader, Pin codes seem to work fine for me. It must be another mod or somthing doing it.

Yes they can all be picked up after they've been placed.

Only one question. Are these objects movable? Can you pick them up after they've been placed?
