I sadly don't have the IK rig anymore, sorry.
I recommend the Auto-Rigger script, which I used to make the rig:

why doesn't an actual parappa model exist?? That would be the easiest thing to do. Just make a 2D body with a skeleton and the skin of the actual parappa. No modeling needed. But kudos for putting this much effort into giving us a 3D parappa model, which is way better.

there's a pack of gmod ports with the paper-like models, but idk about the all-stars model. i don't even like the all-stars design
