Not being able to snipe the officer is intentional. It's a much more interesting mission that way. To me, at least.
It would be easier if the officer would be in a position I could shoot from the castle - killed some CSAT from there with the termal scope and the tracer ammo from the vehicle.
but you have the choice. whether loud or soft.
that's a big plus of the campaign.
