I had a lot of fun playing this, I'd definitely come back to your levels if you made more!

Petty cool game. I liked it.
wildgoosespeeder 9 Aug, 2014 @ 10:17pm
I don't think I needed to use the aerial faith plate.
Thomas 21 May, 2014 @ 3:43pm
Solved with water on the cube (I did not think of the faster way)

Awesome map, thank you again.
Petutski 9 May, 2014 @ 12:13pm
Excellent map. And I solved it the way the artist intended!

EljanoCZE has, I only edited this map in hammer
MARVINTHEANDROID 18 Nov, 2012 @ 11:55am
You have a very fiendish brain. Brilliant - loved it.
Miami Mike 21 Oct, 2012 @ 2:08pm
This was really good but I didn't need the faith plate.
Mr Fraggle (UK) 12 Sep, 2012 @ 9:41am

I'm not sure why this says custom visual either.

Yeah another good challenge - I had to think hard about it. Like others have said I didn't need the faith plate.

Can YOU solve Dr. Doak's Dilemma ? - https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=74231028

I was able to beat it without using the cleaning gel by chucking the blue cube down the hall and legging it to the exit. There was enough time to get on the other side of the laser wall before the blue cube fell into the acid and a new, clean one fell down.

Awesome test, however I didn't even need the faith plate to solve it. ^^

I like these back-and-forth maps.

It is hard until you understand how conections work an you heave to have great timing on part 2
nightcat 16 Jun, 2012 @ 9:48am
I didn't like the ninja instincts required to set up the bridges. Other than that, it's a nice map.

great
I put a recording of myself playing this (start to finish) on you tube.

did not use tractor beam or water.
used faithplate, but did not need to.it was fun.
Tonys714 13 Jun, 2012 @ 1:45am
Amazing, but the flipper into the lasers is a bad idea in my opinion. It didn't happen to me, but I could see someone getting frustrated when they have almost completed the level and then they accidentally step onto it. I liked the idea of holding the bouncy cube with the funnel.

Again at the end with the blue jel bouncing the cube, I found it quite simple to skip the water segment by just throwing the cube and it bouncing to the depths and running past the barrier, the cube then spawning and I place it on the switch without it turning blue (of course switching the trajectory of the blue jel being thrown).
StIg 12 Jun, 2012 @ 8:20am
Very good. Almost a bit too much backtracking, but we're all guilty of that in our map designs.. :) Never used the faithplate - is it there just to be annoying?
Dom44  [author] 12 Jun, 2012 @ 5:28am
The Flying Claw: Thanks alot! But this is EljanoCZE's map, so whole feedback goes to him
The Flying Claw 11 Jun, 2012 @ 4:57pm
Very good map Dom44. As others have mentioned there is quite a bit of backtracking, but there are times where you think a few steps ahead. This keeps the player on their toes, and works really well.

Adios y'all!

Algorithm: I don't understand much your idea, but doesn't mattter because I don't want to change it, I wanna keep it like this, fixing of it would be too complicated.
1980 11 Jun, 2012 @ 6:13am
A great map that makes one organize well sequence of thoughts, but not too hard. proper difficulty. Thumb up :)
Doc Photon 10 Jun, 2012 @ 10:39pm
Nice Map. A bit of repetition of course but I never felt lost. My only problem was I kept forgetting about the dang faith plate & kept walking over it & got flung into the lasers. Aperature should really put guard rails around those things. ;)
Algorithm 10 Jun, 2012 @ 2:35pm
To stop people from solving it the easy way: Put a tractor beam between the cube dropper and the button, activated when the ball shuts off the fizzler. Point the beam at the blue gel dispenser, and add a tunnel for the box to pass through. This way, if you respawn the cube, all you get is another one coated in blue gel. :-)
Dom44  [author] 10 Jun, 2012 @ 9:20am
IridescentShadow: nice to hear it wasn't too hard for you, thanks anyway
IridescentShadow 10 Jun, 2012 @ 6:42am
What a clever solution - I really enjoyed this map. Made me think but not bash my head into the desk
Dom44  [author] 9 Jun, 2012 @ 9:07am
insOmniac, G915: yay! thanks!
Captain Quakas 9 Jun, 2012 @ 6:25am
Great chamber! That was a long and well thought sequence of tasks to complete the puzzle..
insOmniac 9 Jun, 2012 @ 5:35am
very good fantastic map
Dom44  [author] 9 Jun, 2012 @ 12:22am
Jeff: yes, the intended solution requires that what you wrote, also I already said that it's unfixable, and I have to keep it like this with two solutions
Jeff 8 Jun, 2012 @ 7:07pm
I did what Sir Neckface94lv did (without looking first). Im sure the intended solution includes washing the cube off with the water . Not sure how to prevent that, if you want to change it.
Dom44  [author] 8 Jun, 2012 @ 10:19am
falconfetus8: thanks, and yep I got it :D, nice to hear that I selected suitable music for this chamber :D

Sir NeckFace94LV: If you'd read comments below, I'm writing there that it's unfixable and that I decided to keep it like this with two solutions, one easier one harder, unfortunately in that easier you don't need all elements in the map, but still you have to think to figure it out, and the enjoyment and impression from the map are same as in the intended solution, so it really doesn't matter

Black Mantha: thanks, and yeah you're right, I think that like this it's okay
Black Mantha 8 Jun, 2012 @ 10:09am
Not too hard. Does take a lot of walking back and forth once you figure it out.
At first I tried to use the faith plate, stop myself with a hard-light wall, and then redirect it to make a bridge below me. Could be made manditory, but considering how often you have to do this it would be too annoying, especially when carrying something.
NeckFace94LV 8 Jun, 2012 @ 9:00am
Good map but u can cheap skip it when u get blue gel on cube u can throw it it the hall way run towards the door and wait until it gets destroyed so u should fix that ;)
falconfetus8 7 Jun, 2012 @ 9:26pm
This was a very enjoyable and cerebral map. Also, the music really gave it that "thinking" feel, if you get what I'm saying.
Dom44  [author] 7 Jun, 2012 @ 11:22am
<Moving-DEATH>: cool, I'm glad you liked that
Le Petit Mort 7 Jun, 2012 @ 10:54am
The task with the cube at the end was an unexpected and welcome surprise; clever!
