Initial release version 1.0 is out, give it a try and report any bugs here or on github

Thanks for your interest! I put it on the workshop so I can more easily test it on servers. I will update the description when I think it's ready for public use.

I like the idea: admins can disable mods without having root access, incase a mod is broken.
Let me know when it's working
