hey dude. i have used the scarab infurno since i began playing emp as a starter cv. i liked the scarab a lot and after such a long time using it i rebuilt the scarab as heavy armoured combat cv's. one planet defence the other support combat vessel. hope i did the scarab justice.

After reading the comments theres alot i agree with and some I don't. It is a very sleek looking ship and comes withthe minimum survival necessities which I like. The power usage isn't an issue. Generators will allow you to use 110% of their max power before they shut down components to activate others. Trust me I know, I've tried it.

i love the look of this ship!
1 main concern is it seems very underpowered. 57mws used out of 100 produced is not good.
is there ample room to add 2-4 more gens?

I opted against a gravity gen due to how small the ship is, theres quite literally 1 walkway and its straight from end to end so didnt feel the generator was necessary, leaving it out allowed for more comfort in the shape. It was part of the orriginal design but made things very cluttered on the inside.

Not really a fan of this design, the artilerry turret on top doesnt really fit completely there and the plasma turrets sit on top of thrusters.

Also using stairs at the door on the outside do not help in the looks of this design.

And it also lacks a gravity generator.

Some priority containers have been embedded into the body. To access containers , simply walk up to the vessel or enter the cockpit and press "P" by default to open the control panel, You can then access any container as if you were to manually activate it. This was a design decision to reduce the loss of important materials during every day use and gives it a technical advantage over designs with open containment.

Theres lots of fuel tanks? They are hidden , please read the part that says "some containers are hidden...." on the description.

I didnt place alot to keep the cost down since its pure combat steel, You can double the amount of turrets on it by mimicing the top on the bottom

Ah its located in the Texture Tool, tehres a check box at the top to change between symbols and textures =)
Also, Inferno has been updated to feature an easier accessability to the door.

Great design. I ruined the lines on myne by adding a few black elevator blocks though, as my jet pack isn't quite up to getting to the wing from the ground in more than .6 G

Hell, I recommend that game if you've never played it :) You can get the gold edition here on steam pretty cheap, comes with the original and Forged Alliance. DO NOT bother with SupCom 2... it's... a disgrace.
