it occurs to me to make a list of the missing trees so here I show it below:

there are more trees and new plants, but these are for me, the most important.

No crashes, unknown effects. I assume the FU Avikan stuff was renamed.
I'm not getting the new seeds from the updates, or the new saplings, such as the energy orb tree.
Any way you can update this to be able to make them creatable as well?
not sure exactly, think recipes unlock when you pick up certain items
i only have the farmable plants installed, so i can test FU stuff for gardenbot ;)
you still need all your recipe files though for them to show up in seed tab
Removing the entries from the player.config file would not work because Craftable Seeds uses different recipes than FU. If I remove the entries entirely the recipes would never be craftable.
maybe for this version you could do so, but vanilla CS i dont feel needs it
also: removing the fu seed recipes from player.config.patch will make it so only the seeds you have unlocked in fu will be available to craft
gardenbot tab hangs off end over scrollbar, but it works
No room left for gardenbot crafting tab, it will conflict with the mod saplings tab :(
- unless neo squishes tabs a bit more to leave me 21 pixels from edge of rightmost tab to edge of scroll bar (same area as with non-fu craftable seeds)
But yeah, I think you should make it so you don't unlock all the recipes at start for the Frackin Seeds. We should have to do it the hard way.
I wouldn't mind a sapling only version though.
