big tiddy goth gf 11 Aug, 2021 @ 3:00pm
Is this compatible with the Nicknames+++?
GenuinelyEric 14 Jul, 2021 @ 5:06pm
@Apollo the Lost You have to actually copy-paste the mods files into the overhaul mod itself. It could cause bugs, however, so do so at your own risk and back up files if you need to.
Braskan, the Void's Tear 21 Jun, 2021 @ 11:55am
Hey so, how do you get this to work with overhaul mods? Like the Faerun mod
Braskan, the Void's Tear 11 Jun, 2021 @ 9:13am
Well thanks for making the mod, hope you still keep the work up, also I think this mod is fine, it makes the game far more realistic. Also how'd you get this to work with the Faelands mod?
Viscount Danku  [author] 11 Jun, 2021 @ 4:27am
Aderrion,
I believe any version since Reaper's Due are good to go. I am playing on the latest one with no trouble.
Apollo The Lost,
Devs censored it that way. Being "incompatible" effectively removes mod from steam workshop, making it invisible unless you use direct link.
Freed Rey,
Because Elder Kings forcefully rewrite root directories of the game. To integrate mod you have to put it inside the Elder Kings itself. Although that may cause bugs, I haven't checked on it in quite a while.
Braskan, the Void's Tear 11 Jun, 2021 @ 1:57am
Hey why is it said to be incompatible?
Fred Venturi 8 Jun, 2021 @ 7:48pm
Why it wont work with Elder Kings mod ???
Aderrion 6 Jun, 2021 @ 1:18pm
Just a question. Could you tell me which version of CKII your mod works best? Please! Thanks
Genseric123 16 Apr, 2021 @ 3:56pm
Is there any way of downloading the CK3 version? Sorry to bother, I know you probably get this question a lot.
jaimeravachi 3 Mar, 2021 @ 2:52pm
I've never received such message. I just click on the zipped file and it automatically unzips. I'm using mac btw.
Viscount Danku  [author] 2 Mar, 2021 @ 10:52pm
There should be a warning from your archiver, winrar, for example, asks every time if you want to overwrite the edited fiels. If you close archive too soon the warning will never show up and changes won't apply.
jaimeravachi 2 Mar, 2021 @ 4:48pm
How can I make sure my changes actually apply? My process is unzipping the file, open, make the changes, close the text, play. What am I missing?
Viscount Danku  [author] 2 Mar, 2021 @ 4:20am
jaimeravachi,
I think all mods are downloaded in zip archives. Make sure your chages actually apply and re-write the archived files.
No, ai can't use razing events. There are vanilla razings in vanilla game mainly tied with mongols and hordes.
jaimeravachi 2 Mar, 2021 @ 4:16am
Hi! i have to questions I hope you can answer.

1. Is there any way I can modify the values for the wartime(siege/holding razing) decisions? I found a folder where the values are set and I modified them how I prefer but it doesn't change anything on the game once I start it. For example, I changed the prestige, piety and money gain for all 3 decision levels after a siege. Didn't actually change in-game.

2. Does all of this features from the mod are available for the AI? I'm pretty sure it is because I've seen my holdings razed before but in the file I was looking, there was a text that said ai = no, right after the wartime decisions texts.

Okay, thanks for the info. I swear I remember arresting a child once, but maybe it was already older and was homosexual or something. I probably didn't pay attention.

Thanks for the help, I was kinda confused.
Viscount Danku  [author] 13 Feb, 2021 @ 5:44pm
CK3 follow the same rules - person must be somewhat strange. I didn't want to create an easy braindead alternative to original interaction which often lead to rebellions and other cool stuff. So you need a straw to fabricate a completely false case to present before your vassals. I don't rember the whole list, but it is mostly tied up with special traits and education - so you can freely arrest strong, beatiful, too smart or too stupid peeps, scholars and sadists, possessed, lunatics, drunkards, cynics, homosexuals and bisexuals and any visually health related problems - humchbacks, dwarfs etc. Also, chars not of your religion or culture.

You can't arrest children since they don't have any traits yet.
ComradeKevin 13 Feb, 2021 @ 5:16pm
For the CK3 version: What are the requirements to be able to arrest a person?

I have absolute Authority, but I can seemingly only randomly use the "Arrest" interaction. Sometimes I can arrest strong, adult warriors, but not 2 year old children without a single trait.

Is that an incompatibility with other mods? Or am I missing something?
Putti I 5 Jan, 2021 @ 6:03am
Had to find it through vices and virtues. But its so cool to be evil :( So few true evil mods for ck2.
Viscount Danku  [author] 8 Dec, 2020 @ 1:40pm
Elidurden123,
Not anymore. I am unbale to edit it cuz Paradox made it "incompatible". Though, frankly speaking, I didn't intend to do it anyways.

hazy...,
Doubtful.

Teoctlamazqui,
Sure, go ahead.

SohiRifter ,
It is a standalone.
Teoctlamazqui 8 Dec, 2020 @ 12:52pm
Hi this mod sounds like a wonderful addition to an agot Aztec modpack project I am working on.would it be ok to add it and post it on the agot forums with proper reference?id also make the needed changes to make it compatible if they are required
hazy.... 25 Nov, 2020 @ 8:37pm
will the ck3 ver ever comeback?
Elidurden123 28 Oct, 2020 @ 10:10am
@Sunset Sarsaparilla Would it be possible to make it so that female rulers can force themselves upon male prisoners?
RIFTS 16 Oct, 2020 @ 12:41pm
will I need to download your battle captives mod or is it built-in?
Moloch 8 Oct, 2020 @ 2:59pm
@Sunset Sarsaparilla Dam. good thing ck2 wont will never get a new update...maybe. it must the new Woke CK3 devs that are doing this. after all they wanted to even remove Deus Vult from the game but fail because of the backlash.
Viscount Danku  [author] 8 Oct, 2020 @ 2:28pm
jaimeravachi,
Paradox marked it as incompatible to exclude from workshop search (effectively hiding it from anyone not familiar with it as well as making me unable to update it or edit), after all these years they got really butthurt over it for some reason. Too much soy is bad for their brains, I guess. So yeah, mod is still perfectly compatible.

Anyway, the amount of loot is scaled based on your montly income. So more income - more loot, less income - less loot. It used to be a set number, but people's been asking to tweak it.
jaimeravachi 8 Oct, 2020 @ 2:03pm
For the ck2 version, what are the metrics on which the game decides how much gold can be pillaged by looting a county? Sometimes it's barely 3 gold, sometimes is 700 gold. It doesn't seem to be related to the county's income and taxes. I would really like to figure this out to determine who to specifically go raid and vice versa. BTW steam says this mod is not compatible with ck2 but I've been using it today with no problems.
Moloch 29 Sep, 2020 @ 10:01am
I am actually surprised it lasted this long. Thank you for the mod and for trying. You going to make other mods for ck3 or you are done?
Viscount Danku  [author] 29 Sep, 2020 @ 9:39am
Moloch,
Paradox too afraid of history.
Moloch 29 Sep, 2020 @ 9:36am
Your ck3 version got banned mate?
Caedhras 29 Sep, 2020 @ 3:52am
Thank you!
Caedhras 29 Sep, 2020 @ 3:04am
I Cant find the ck3 version of this mod. Have they eliminated it?
jaimeravachi 28 Sep, 2020 @ 7:10pm
There it is! I needed those traits! Now I get it! Thanks!
Viscount Danku  [author] 28 Sep, 2020 @ 4:20pm
Razing event fires only if: Province is not razed already, it is not your own holding, you character must have either cruel, impaler or diligent trait, you must have summoned military advisor.
jaimeravachi 28 Sep, 2020 @ 4:07pm
I have done that. Many times. I think that it is the military advisor option that somehow glitches and the game thinks I've delegated command on sieges when I clearly have not. But I could be wrong, however I do present and summon the military advisor every time and it still fails.
Viscount Danku  [author] 28 Sep, 2020 @ 2:35pm
You need to take “summon yoir military advisor” decision with every new character.
jaimeravachi 28 Sep, 2020 @ 1:36pm
Ok the cruel trait is needed for the purges and executions, got it, thanks! However, the other problem of the decision pop-up window to either raze a settlement or leave it be after a successful siege, still doesn't appear after the death of my first character. Now, as I said before, I've tested it numerous times and this seems to be the problem but today it actually worked on my first heir but now on my second heir, it won't work again! The decision windows still isn't showing up once again! I pretty sure I don't need any specific trait for that, look like a sort of bug/glitch that doesn't trigger the decision pop-up. Any ideas how to fix this? I've tried restarting the game, disabling and enabling the mod but it wont fixes. PS. the rest of the mod features looks like they actually work regardless.
Viscount Danku  [author] 25 Sep, 2020 @ 1:39pm
jaimeravachi
Cruel trait. You need cruel trait. Zealous and/or impaler work for some events too.
jaimeravachi 25 Sep, 2020 @ 1:14pm
There are a couple of things that are not working properly for me. 1. I don't get any decision available to purge, not for race or religion, even if I have medium grasp over the realm. 2. Sometimes the popup for deciding what to do after a siege doesn't appear. I noticed it starts happening after the death of my first ruler. At first it started just fine, every single time I completed a siege i could raze it, but after my first death, my heir (or if I played as any other vassal for that matter) suddenly stopped displaying the message. I think it has something to do with the intrigue military advisor decisions. I've turned it off and on a million times a it never appears again, I've tested it exhaustively.

Magnificent!
Viking 23 Sep, 2020 @ 2:14am
Can you please upload CK3 version to some file hosting or storage?
I can't live without it =)
