to me that's the best mod for breezehome and for any other house, you have everything you need and no troubles ! I wonder why not many know about that mo and why there are "not enoug votes"

always good, whe i think to move from breeze home and i unsubscribe, then i come back here to subscibe again XD merchants nearby, not automate looting when i leave something in there and everything you need for craft and leave your weapons at home. only ONE thing, an extra barrel could be useful I guess..mh?

May I suggest you to add some key words? I could not find this again xD
like "secret room" etc (this mod is very helpfull)

im not sure....i dont think so, as long as it doesnt involve editing the wall which has the door that leads to the work area

Will this mod interfere with other mods for breezehome? hate to lose my basement:(, hope not as this looks very useful;)

i put it in the breezehome which you can buy from the jarl's steward in whiterun for 5000 gold. there is a door on the first floor which you open to this room.
