I'm somewhat surprised at how widespread this mod has become. All it does is change the value tied to how fast cells respawn. There are also other mechanics to consider. For a cell to respawn I believe you have to be 3 - 4 cells away from any area that needs to respawn (areas are called cells in ES games) Exact number may be different, it's been a long time since I've played Skyrim but it's hardcoded into the game. Any areas/mobs/items that still don't respawn have to be an bug within the actual game itself.

Notice a few questions: Yes it seems to respawn folks at areas you have cleared. I can not confirm if it does interior, but I noticed Halted Streams Camp (its near Whiterun) has Cleared on it but Ive been gone nearly a week or so and all the bandit guards were outside, also the little hole in the wall near it respawned (outside Whiterun has a "Steal" Horse near it)

this doesnt seem to work. i go to bed for 24 hours twice at the sleeping giants inn, and i go back to alvors house, the cell does not reset. why?

Generally speaking I hated Skyrim's respawn rate. 30 days for starting duneons like Embershard Mine to respawn was too long imo. I preferred Oblivion's (and also Fallout 3/NV) rate of three days which seemed more manageable. So thanks for making a mod that sets this up for Skyrim.

All this mod does is change the two numbers associated with respawn rates. Many people either don't know where it's located in the kit or have added it to their collections simply because they don't have to do it themselves now. The filesize is 248 bytes. At least it won't take a long time to download!

this mod has size 0.000MB. does that mean that this does nothing, as this mod adds nothing.
Or is this mod affecting such a small tiny piece of script that it is like 0.00001MB?
Which just gets rounded down to fit the 3 decimal places to make 0.000MB?
Are you litteraly just changing a few numbers?

I don't mind if anyone redistributes. I don't really play much anymore, not much time to. In addition to what Nube117 said it's also possible that some ores are marked no respawn on the individual object. It's also very possible that there's some bug or glitch involved with the game itself. There certainly are still quite a few bugs in the game.

This may sound really stupid, but are you sure the mod is activated?
i mean, ive had this mod since it essintially came out, and i havnt had any issues, and i can mine respawned ore. Check that (if you havnt already), and if it shows as activated, try unsubscribing, deleteing the local files for it, and re-subscribing. IF that fails too,try contacting jalipetri persoanlly for the files. I would offer to give you the files from my game (since they are working), but Im not the author, and probably shouldnt be re-distibuting his work. Hope this helps, Nube117

I waited the 3 days and its not working.Do I need to start a new game because the ones I cleared in my game are not respawning?

if that other mod is actually slowing down the game hours passing I assume that alone will also lengthen respawn times. The respawn time should still be 2 to 3 in-game days the only difference is your in-game days will be longer.

again a cell is just another name for a particular area in the game, these can be indoors or outdoors.

it affects ore indoors as well, it should affect plants in cells as well. However if you are waiting inside a cell, or even nearby a cell it will not respawn. This is something coded into the game. Cells that you are in or relatively close to will not respawn to prevent anything from spawning on top of you. It works well if you don't really pay attention to it really. If you want a particular cell to respawn the best bet is to fast travel to a far away hold, wait there, fast travel back

Love this mod... wouldn't dare play without it. Especially post game... when playing around with 8x master difficulty and my own personal abuse of Smithing, Alchemy and Enchanting.

Without knowing what other things you are doing, or other mods you have I don't know what you might be doing wrong. The mod works perfectly for me but this one, and my Dawnstar Sancuary mod are the only ones I use. The missing giants could also be another bug with Skyrim, lord knows the game is absolutely loaded with them.

Hi, I'm havng a bit of a problem...
The mod seemed to work for a while, but now cleared dungeons don't respawn. I wait in Riverwood for the advertised respawn time, and Embershard Mine still remains empty. Am I doing something wrong? Thanks!
