why does this look like the man co building XD

I used to Live In Kansas City and Ekoparker Kansas City and STL do not have similar styles. Kansas City is a very old city which is the same as STL but Kansas City had a boom in the 20s and early 30s like New York, STL did not have a skyscraper boom. I was actually in STL a week ago and STL has a more modern skyline while Kansas City is a mixture of old and new, the same for New York. So if you are going to use this it would be giving off a vibe of a mixture of Kansas City and STL.

Hi Lightfooted! I absolutely love the work you have done here, and I've been using your assets since they came out! I live in STL and I was wanting to make some of the iconic buildings we have here. Given that STL and KC have similar building styles, is there any way you can help me out? I haven't the slightest clue how to make assets, much less the high quality ones you made.

Looks like a great update! Unfortunately I can't seem to get it visible ingame. I would reupload this with a slightly different name. Changing the buildingtype and lotsize doesn't play nice with the game.

Yeah I agree Alfadragon, if you could make 'One Kansas City Place' that would be amazing, because I go to Kansas City a lot and I pass it every day and I really want to add it to my city...so ya...could u pls do that?

If possible do you think you can do "One Kansas City Place"? Its the tallest building downtown. (btw also South. KC native...)

Since this is my first building asset, I'm still learning a lot. 512 was a recommended LOD size from this post on the paradox forum https://forum.paradoxplaza.com/forum/index.php?threads/builders-please-make-lods-for-your-buildings.849161/ so that's what I went with. I'll definitely go with 256 next time.

Next time, please use a smaller LOD texture. The LODs in this game are supposed to be really small (128 or 256).

Very nice building, nicely modelled and good texturework, would you consider a growable version?
