I just found this mod yesteday, but I figured out how to get it running. On the mod selection screen, go up and select Options and then check Show DLC Mods. RED will be in there among your other mods and DLCs. You can enable it there. And then just go through the process of getting it started up according to the Mod notes. I had it up and running. I hope this helps.

when you go to the click on the mods tab in the home page the mod files are not there only the main one
