so here is how its done guys:

step one: place easy to destroy blocks arround the invisible hatch, like that, you will see exactly where the hitbox does end. the risk here is, that you accidently don't align the item propperly.

if it is a horizontal line, you place this item 1 block below it, but center like a = sign
if it is vertical -> l than place it 1 block left of it -> ll

after that you can erase everything placed included the arrow items , save the game, unsubscribe the mod, issue fixed lol.

that is a lifesaviour.

this game got abondend with bugs, and one of this bugs
is a memorie leak, that never got fixed.

this is the reason why people tell you, to not, make a big base inside your ship, neither in npc populated areas. the best place to make a bigger automated base is a space station or a barren planet wich has no mob spawns. tabula rasa is also an option in frackin universe.

THANK YOU SO MUCHHH one of my vanilla doors glitched out and created an invisible un-openable door and i didnt know what to do, but this worked! so just a heads up that this can happen in vanilla!!

You're a lifesaver, this mod helped me get rid of these annoying ghost blocks that another mod left with their custom doors. Was super careful since I thought it'd also delete the background of the door area, but it surprisingly did not do that?

I had invisible blocks on a small part of the wall of my ship and this fixed it immediately .

Nice. Saved me from having to waste time making my own tile breaker after I accidentally screwed up an object I was modding in and left a bunch of invisible unbreakable platforms in my test save.

thank god i found this mod. this really helped when a mod i used for a long time, was suddenly removed. i think it was teleporters that were removed so it left invisible blocks that i couldn't get rid of. THIS mod really helped so much

The invisible wall is caused by taking something out of that room if its been there a long time

there's another way to control your ship if you don't want the mod or it dosen't work you can control your ship by using a friends captains seat

An absolute essential when it comes to bugged out sliding doors on your ship. Saved me from having to create a new game.

Thanks for this mod, what a life saver. One of the hatches in my ship that was hooked up to a sensor I guess bugged out, and counted as being closed even when it was open. Removing the door didn't fix it, still an invisible barrier. This worked though so thank you.

This and the Door remover mod saved me, the door next to my portal leading to the cockpit was blocked by an invisible wall or somthing.

I'm not sure if you're still updating this mod, but is there any way you can make a door remover that faces left? I cannot place the door remover to the left (facing right) of my blocked area because I have an unremovable object (my ship teleporter) there.
Or would this be easy to edit myself in the item files?
