I'm the modder of Racial Terramart mods , and i wonder if i can use the sprite of your potted flower for the Human variant of my mod with your permission.
Of course you'll be credited.
\"
If you don't put the "\" the quotation marks cause CTD, and there are 2 words in the text that use quotation marks, it's already fixed hehe

The only thing I have done is translate the mod, and I do this constantly, I have not modified anything except translate texts, any ideas?
I wouldn't be able to test it on my end, so I wouldn't roll it into this mod. However, you're more than welcome to publish your patch on your own. That's kinda one of the founding principles of this modding community and the only reason the Avali mod really still exists today
If I figure out how to make one, may I send that instead?
I don't use Avali for a combination of reasons, and I generally do not make patches for content that I don't use. Sorry.

Just getting a successful boot is what I was going for. Thank you for that confirmation. The file that triggered the exception was a past version of the actual working quest that, for some reason, I left in my build folder. As long as you're not seeing any more exceptions for files tagged "af_", then we should be good on this mod's end. Thanks much for bringing this to my attention, by the way.
However, I've redownloaded the mod and currently able to log in, now to wait for the other mod to update.
Would you mind un/resubbing and running again? It looks like some prototype files (read as: before I knew what I was doing files) snuck into my category update and triggered the exception. It should be good now, but I can't fully test at this moment.
S'all good. I think I know the cause. Looking into it now.
I'm currently trying to narrow down a CTS issue with another mod, so expect a lot of chaff in there
The entire log would still be helpful.
Please link a copy of your starbound.log from the crash.
There's nothing to add. The mod is as I envisioned, everything functions as it should, and it's built in a way that it will continue to function with all future versions if Starbound, barring a (unlikely) major overhaul of core game mechanics.
News about what?
Yes
So, I've come up with an idea. In part because I'm still learning Tiled and how persistent NPCs are created, and in part because of stylistic reasons, I'll be creating a quest given by Esther after the core storyline has been completed. I'm working out the details now, and the final reward will be a few units of seeds. Stay tuned for updates.
I've been wanting to do that for those that skip the tutorial, but at the same time I'm torn because I want it to be "special", missable, like the Torn Protectorate Cape. I was also considering adding a quest somewhere that would reward the player with the items missed by skipping the tutorial (and in the process, learning how to build Outpost NPCs and script static quests).
Give me a little time to think about things.
Essentialy, I started a new game on my new PC, the game is lagging to hell and back, but I press on, expecting it to go away eventualy. I, of course, pick up the flower, and get the seed. I progress a while later, and I'm told to grab the sword from the chest, I open the chest... and crash to main menu. "Alright, I'll just reload." I go back in... and I kept the seed? And only the seed as well. Game is still lagging, I go through it again, the flower is back, I pick it up and get another seed, as well as a new flower. Chest again... crash to main menu. Repeat about 2 more times gaining another seed each round, before I give up with the chest, and use cheats to grab a sword, and get on the ship. Lag continues, and I give up on the save. Just thought I'd mention this strange occurence to you, out of curiostity as to if this is able to be recreated by just quiting.
