would be nice if you could add 1 or 2 more maps
As for ambiance sounds there was a bug where the sounds were only playing for the host, if a player joined someone else game or a dedicated server the sounds would not play; in the patch notes on August 23, 2020 this issue was fixed as far as I’m concerned.
Game instructions they do exist and tell players what do to with the cannon on the first map and a vague hint where the key is on the second map. If those aren't displayed make sure they are turned on in your options.
If you want to DM me a video or screenshots of very specific bugs I can have a look but at this time I've moved on to different projects so i wouldn't expect any major changes to this especially since it feels like the theme of toonrun was captured well.
But what confuses me is that I didn't mention that at all last time, and so I'm thinking it must have been there as its too noticeable that it's missing... so either the issue is on my end and I'm making no sense, or something went slightly wrong in the update!
I didn't mention these last time, so I'm wondering if they are missing somehow due to the update or if the issue is on my end and it just failed to work for me! hahaha
This campaign is whacky and fun, although it does need some polish to make it more enjoyable! It's biggest weaknesses are all related to the mishandling of special infected spawns! It's not unusual for special infected to instantly pin you when you jump down a pipe or teleported to a location, and it can take awhile for bots to help you as they don't understand the maps jumps! There are also too many ladders that bots can instant-kill themselves on, despite left 4 dead 2 having a feature to disable fall damage in certain places (for instant, you can not take fall damage from the jump into 'phase 2' in the passing campaign). But I had to knock off 2 points for the last tank spawn in the final! spawning a tank around ladders and a tight/narrow spot where he can instant kill with a single hit.... appalling game design! Overall, fun if not for spawn/bot issues. This campaign has potential to be a 10/10 with some minor changes.
