The soldier misc called "attack packs". It's hard to search for because of its name.

Prop_bone must be somewhere nonetheless. prop_bone must be over his shoulder and prop_bone1 in his hands

You have to pose prop_bone manually or import the animation

Sfm doesn't support paintability for this item. I will try to find a material fix.
