It also show up in case the ship doesn't have enough max health, upscaling the same design removed the tielr even with rising star on
Do you have the DOF_Shipset_CommonLibrary also subscribed and/or activated?
That's actually the damage tiler effect. Shouldn't be being applied to full health ships but I know Rising Stars has been having issues with the shipsets for a while so it's probably related to whatever changes are in play in that mod that is causing general incompatibilities with them.

Since the main shipset modpack is incompatible with rising star there isn't really an alternative
Will you eventually add HW1 ships also?
Ah, yes I misunderstood your question.
This mod, like all of the DOF Shipsets, should work with pretty much any other mod (including Rising Stars). It's one of the main reasons the shipsets were separated from the Faction Add-On.
The Faction Add-On itself will definitely not work with Rising Stars. You'll have to pick one or the other. Fleet Calc might work with the current version of RS, but I know Dalo was looking to integrate it into RS so at some point there will be an RS update that makes it incompatible.
I don't recall making a statement like that. The ships can be sized however you like. What is more likely is that Ships in the Homeworld universe (according to it's actual data) might be relatively small compared to other Sci-fi settings but if that comment was made, I don't think it was me.
There is no guide to Homeworld because it's just a shipset. Like all DOF shipsets, they only add a new set of ship models for you to use with any faction/race you like.
Game play changes are limited to the Faction Add-On. I have not added Homeworld races to the Faction Add-On because I haven't really played Homeworld and, to my knowledge, they don't require anything special beyond what the default races offer (choose the one that you think suits them best).
Would there be any Guide's to HOMEWORLD ?
I've just got around to playing my full game of " Homeworld " and found some things have changed. For one Annex, pleased to see that the cost is high, very high, 20,006, and supprise's in Nebula's.
You do quality work. Thank's ColSaid (Ret.)
They're not. My guess is you have not also subscribed the DOF Shipset Common Library. It's listed in the description but I see that I forgot to add it to the required item list in the sidebar as well.
Not any time soon. I'm moving on to redoing the other shipsets in PBR now.
@Sergeant Blueforce
Honestly, it's too late now. Even if I were to change my mind on the matter, I have a lot of other work to do before I come back around to this shipset for any major changes.
@Dolynick Any chance Sajuuk will make an appearance? :)
You are correct. Still, same issue different company. Normally I might not have worried about it but Remastered is in large part a re-skin in and of itself (I know it does some other stuff too, but that's one of it's major selling points). It seems weird to offer their re-skin files for free when they are actively making sales of them.
You do know Relic has absolutely nothing to do with the remastered collection? Gearbox software are the current owners of the homeworld IP and developed the remastered collection in conjuction with BBI.
-In the race select screen. The homeworld assets are fully loaded right away, whereas the other Doly shipsets are still loading up.
-The new game loading time is faster for me with HW shipset only loaded vs either of the others loaded by themselves.
Not sure why that would be except my rig is pretty beefy, and may not get hung up on the larger files. <shrug>
Direct that credit to Jon Micheelsen. He's the dev that created the rendering engine for the game, and he was gracious enough to donate some time creating the new shaders for the community on his own.
I'm really diggin' your new shaders.
Well remember that everything in this shipset is from the original HW2. I did not use any Remastered source files. I didn't want to get a Cease & Desist from Relic because they're still making sales.
