Love this so much I bought the Disconnect afterwards too, thanks for having the skill and inspiration to create this excellent design, you should be doing the Prime syandanas for DE ... :)

Ok, thanks, didn't know. Hopefuly DE gets a chance to fix it, I'll try to figure out how to post it as a bug for them too.

@kat The best way to solve that is to report it as a bug. The moment the model is done its shipped off to DE. Placements and weird stuff happening is things only they can fix. I've reported it as a bug but it helps if you do as well.

I posted some images of it on my profile, wasn't sure how else to show you it. Hopefuly it helps.

@Inquizitor, could you perhaps show any screenshots or tell me wich warframe(s) are wearing boltara Missaligned. as for the tail I only spotted some weird behaviour when touching wukongs tail so could you explain this further? Will try and pickup contact with DE if I find any oddities.

Faven_PS I swear i wanted to buy this, BUT.
Its mis-aligned. Its not in the exact middle on warframe, plus the "tail" of the syandana is bugged in center of warframe. I guess DE failed at this, if they fix it, buying it right away.

To be honest, i hate all of your G-skins, but this...is something else,simply perfect. Ill buy it if it gets accepted.

@melon glad you like it! I wasn't convinced it would get in, in my humble opinion its well-crafted but it had some stfff competition.

This is just fuckin' good pure and simple. I didn't see it before it got accepted but because I'm opinionated I had to say something. Well done man.

Did not know that, but otherwise that is pretty good. Wish you could add a bit of depth to the tail.

@angel since there's a limited amount of triangles you always have to prioritze. In this case I chose to prioritize the area that you always see as a user, and had the area that you almost never see lighter.

In an ideal world though.

I personally think if you added a protruding spine on each link like on every bolt weapon it would look more unique and, as a whole, better. With how flat it is now, it just seems like all the focus went into the top and no love went to the rest of it. Add some spines, curves, and ridges to each link and make it look like a vertebrate, because that is the feel I get from "Bolt" class gear.

Also it would look epic on nekros if he had an external vertebrate with a.... what do they call em again? Idk but still, would look great.

I doubt they'll pass this because it looks almost identical to the Nekros Prime Syandana but it looks good all the same.

yeah no worries antoineflemming :D me and sharkie actually talked about this once the boltara v1 was not accepted.

@antoineflemming, yep. scharkie the guy who did the concept was the same person who worked with led on that syandana. and since it never got in he updated it and threw the ball my way to test the luck.

led2012 already made a syandana called Boltara...

The spikes and large backpiece are perfect for Nekros and Nekros Prime and overal it looks great, totally worth some fair earned cash from my pay loan. Thumbs up guys.
