sorry its too hard anyways for me. The Vanilla game is too hard too. I quit the game forever. i only can hope that Titanquest 2 is WAY easier then this one. But Thanks for Advice.

@alrik one option is to make an archer:

- go sekhmet, spend 75 points in bow mastery straight away

- after that, pick up Precise Stance at level 32. Get Lioness' rage at level 40 for an area of effect attack. Also go Mind for Mental Strike and Center Power to get a good left-click. There are also other useful skills of course, but these are your most important ones.

For abilities, get enough strength and dexterity to use the items you want, don't get int or mana, and spend left-over points on health. (In normal TQ you don't want to put points in health, but here you do.) Typically I save up some ability points so that I can get some more strength or dexterity if I find a new item.

In options => keybinding, bind "stationary attack" to something easy (I use shift) and just shoot things from a distance with your bow. Kite when necessary (i.e. run and shoot, run and shoot). Also note that you can shoot things from further away if you use shift and zoom out (via the scroll wheel).

I managed to get this mod to work properly by doing the following:
- open steam
- rightclick on "titan quest: anniversary edition"
- click betas
- click "anniversary_ragnarok"

This might interfere with your shared stash though, haven't tested that. To be safe, make a mule character and load your shared stash onto that character. But this mod works properly this way.

Alrik you can go Decayer
Your main goal will be to summon as many pet as possible, take time to read evrey spells of those mastery and take only summon.
Two thinks you need to learn :
- Hit and run, you don't have a lot of health so you gonna have hit a mob(or summon) and run
- Potion, health potion is the most op thing you have in TQ if you have potions and can run you can beat any boss/ennemy
An additional tips: whenever you don't struggle try to up your mastery instead of your skills

hello, I like the mod really much. For me one of the best Mods for alternative Masteries. Unfotunate, i am not good in Titan Quest and i die a lot in vanilla and with the Mod. So i may ask for Suggestions for good and easy to play Mastery Combos with this Mod. Please be as specific as possible. Thanks.

Is this mod outdated? I tried resubbing a few times but I always get a weird HUD and black backgrounds for the skill pages. I see it hasn't been updated since 2019 so is this mod basically dead? Or is there a way to get it to run as intended?

If you've subscribed to it, you should just be able to click "Play Custom Quest" on the main screen and select "paths ~ World01.map" from the list. Note that this is not a bounce mod, so make sure you create a new character first (if you haven't already).

Update: Vitality Feedback is still kind of hit-or-miss, but it seems like it only heals at close range. I think the extra vitality damage still happens at range (since I can see the fancy zaps), but the healing only happens when enemies are within melee range, and not every time. I'm not sure how much of this is related to the game's general wonkiness with ADCtH and life leech mechanics. Still, it is is super effective when it kicks in. Fortunately I've got a few points in Aura of Decay and Stance of Vigor and I've just maxed Ritual of Lichdom, so I've gone from super squishy to super tanky.

The mod is fun and works fine, btw. The mastery screens no longer have their unique backgrounds (and you need to make sure you don't click on the Neidan mastery button), but everything else is still working fine. I've played a number of different characters into Legendary and I haven't run into any bugs, so it's certainly not "unplayable."

The "Vitality Feedback" upgrade for Dark Blast rarely seems to trigger. Does it have a proc or a cooldown or something? The description makes it sound like a reliable source of damage+healing, but I keep shooting it through entire crowds of satyrs and not healing anything, which is very disappointing especially given how squishy my Lich is.

Unplayable in its current state. If you accidently choice Neiden, you have to delete the character. If you accidently try to load the char into another mod, you lose all the skills and skill points. Not worth the hassle of trying to play it.

Can't seem to get the masteries to work properly. They are capped at 32 and are missing backsplash, its just a black background instead.

I got the new DLC and tried to play. it seems to work, but with some issues. Specifically, the masteries page reverted to look like the default one, with the default icons and positions, but with the new names and descriptions. Also the new mastery from the DLC is there, but selecting it takes you to a blank mastery page with no skills. The paths masteries can be selected and they seem to have all the skills, although the backgroud is just a black screen. Gameplay seems to work, I can still use my skills from the mod it seems, at least the ones I tried. So just be careful to avoid the new mastery and deal with the missing backgrounds on the skills page and you should be able to play.

is veneriici class broken? the lvl 14"particle burst" skill off screen enemies and 2-3 shots them, also are difficulties messed up as well? on legendary first goatman dealt 1,5k dmg...

1) Take Path of Poseidon
2) Add 40 points into it
3) Take the top right ability with a wave that kills every living thing in a huge cone every three seconds

Great mod though I feel like Tartarus is uselss bottom tier trash and Veneficii is just beyond overpowered, pure cheating, it's awesome though it makes it feel weird
1 skill for kill everything in a line
1 for kill everything on screen
1 for insta kill a target
1 ( the ball) for instakill everything in a line including tough targets

Could not recommend this mod enough, best mod for TQ by far. Wish it was as easy to combine it with other mods on steam as it was with other tools on base TQ IT

Hello i am trying to use this mod as i like it. But i have a problem. When i go to masteries, the backgrounds are all blacked out. I can still see the skills to pick but it looks pretty bad. I am not sure what the problem is, it seems the textures are not loading in the mastery screen. Can you please help?

And I also agree that a merge of Loot+ and Paths would be great for people who doesn't have much time to spend, or that doesn't like grinding

@Hemo&Vic, The mod isn't in active development. Other modders are welcome to add to Paths.
Re: level cap, buying the Atlantis DLC removes the devs' hard-coded cap of 32 mastery level.
@Arkael, I believe increased pet damage would do the trick, though now I'm regretting not testing that.
@Nid, I can't think of what would cause that, but at least that's early. It's possible your save got messed up. You could try making a new character.

best titan quest mod available, i found a glitch though, playing a tartarus only character and i cant progress past spartan camp, just respawns me back there after saving and exiting game

This mod is awesome, I love the new spells, the new mechanics, and the boss rework, is a really good work!!!. I´m having a lot of fun with it, but I have some questions about a few skills. In some paths we can find some "spells" like the "Thunderstorm", "Summon Charybdis, "Create Geyser" and "Psychic ward" that seems to work like a summon (Pet) that makes the spell around them, but looks like normal (And really cool) spells. So I don´t know what increase the damage of that kind of skills, the corresponding damage% bonus to pet or the int and normal caster equipment. I have some cool builds in mind but I would like to know where I need to put my stat points to increase those damages. Thanx for reading.

can you still get Masteries to lvl 100 WITH DLC?

I tried a char editor without the DLC's and managed to atleast get it to 40cap so i can still play with all the skills atleast, just wanna know if it works with DLC so i can consider buying them
