Reworked Maze System. It is now breakable from inside, this should help both AI and Human players cross it ( or simply destroy completely ).

Replaced AI personality by more Aggressive one. Added ways for AI to breach and attack player.

Added few extra entrances to Empire's main base. This should ''live''' things up and allow AI players contribute sooner.

Added Extra Lair spots for Empire. This should solve overcrowd issue.

Added extra portal to all players. Empire received 4 portals.

Doubled the amount of starter units of Empire. Now Empire will react much sooner to attack.
