I believe it is fixed now. I tested it and didn't see any problems with it eating up the primaries ammo so it should be fine now.

thats very odd, never had a script steal ammo from a primary weapon before, i tested it and saw what you meant, I'll just try and do the script from scratch.

I may have changed the ammo type to shotgun and shotgun ammo isn't infinite like the pistol and magnum ammo, so I may have accidently left it as shotgun ammo. the ammo type matters a lot, idk if you noticed but in some servers you'll see primary weapons have 999 reserved bullets and this is because they have a script on the gun that uses pistol or magnum ammo type.

For some reason, whenever I reload the Bombshell with an automatic rifle in my main slot (possibly other weapons as well; shotguns work fine), it takes away from that weapon's ammo count. The revolver also seems to have a limited ammo pool like the main weapons, because one time after I emptied the clip, instead of reloading, it just wouldn't let me select it until I picked up another one. Pretty much all my guns are modded, but I dunno if that would change anything. Please tell me this is a fixable bug, I like my bullpup rifles too much... :steamsad:

It doesn't shoot one bullet. It just shoots all of them in the same spot, if no spread is added. Just copy a few lines about pellet spread from the Chrome Shotgun, for example. It will still fire one round from the mag but several bullets/pellets at once.

It doesn't work for L4D2 I recently tried changing the bullets section to 3 and all it does is shots one bullet. Idk why but it just sticks to 1 no matter what you change it to even if it stays 3 in the bullet section.

The 'bullets' section does change how many are shot at once, but, it doesn't mean 3 are used from your ammo count, so you can try putting it to 6 and then keeping the 'bullets' value at 3. Well, that's how it works in a few other source games, at least!

I really wanted this thing to be able to shot 3 bullets at a time since it has 3 gun barrels and the cylinder can hold 18 bullets (18/3=6 so 6 shots with 3 bullets each) which would be awesome for this gun but I haven't the slightest how to do it, I figured making the "Bullets" section in the script would be able to change it to 3 so it would shot 3 but it did nothing. I also tried switching the magnums script with the rifle deserts script and all it did was swap the model of the rifle with the magnum so the magnum did shot 3 times but not at the same time and pretty much made the magnum automatic. Hopefully someone knows how but for now this will just be a mod to change the HUD icon and make the ammo capacity of 18 bullets and make the gun slightly less accurate.
