Incompatible with WOTC, for some reason this mod makes it so you can't promote WOTC classes like Reapers or Templars or bond soldiers, the UI just doesn't show up.

@Varyag Yeah it works. This thing hasn't been updated for a while so expect some clipping and stuff but overall it works.

After a bit of testing, this mod seems to work fine with WOTC. I haven't noticed any crashing related to the skyranger.

Does not work, but I this is with LW2, and since LWT apparently conflicts, I presume that LW2 does as well. Is there anything that can be done, and if not, will this ever be updated to be LW2-compatable?

I think you should either keep the thrusters to make it look like a one-of-a-kind, or add propellers.
I think keeping the thrusters is easyer.

That thing has a side opening door :(. I have modify the anim to accomodate. Othervise, the guys would be jumping out of the rear wall.

I just hated the general aesthetics of the current skyranger. It reminds me to the bastard child of a predator (front) and an intermodal container (back). Only the engine made sense. So I kept that but used a more aesthetically pleasing model.

If you plan to replace the interiors, too downoald the Polish Resistance mod. There, I replaced the skyranger with a WW2 Opel Blitz outsidr and inside too.

That won't be a problem with my basic animation skills. I have the model for both the Sea Knight from Black Ops with the interior and the rotors. Just gotta put them together in 3ds max.

If you rename the SkyRanger_OV22.upk to SkyRanger_anim.upk, then copy it to the XComGame\Content\Vehicles\ folder (don't forget to back up the original file!), then add the command -noseekfreeloading into the XCOM2 starting parameters then it will work with LWT. Just make sure you turn off this mod.

Valid point. This mod will have the same issues as the other Skyranger mod because it is done through umap file changes. I suppose the LWT changed armory map file to fit more guys. Depending on the load order of the mods, you will either see the Skyranger in the armory and the V22 everywhere else, or simply crash the LWT.

this work with LWT? I know Super Awesome Skyranger doesn't, because there's apparently something bitchy with that mod and having more than six people in the Skyranger mission screen.

Oh I just realized, you don't need new anims set. Just an animated rotor texture and the chopper is done.

Anything that is big enough and has a rear door is fair game. Others require extensive modifications to the anims.
