Can you add more upgrade module points to this?
so they are on each of the sides that have conveyors as well.
This would allow 1 module on each end and 2 on each side so we can get a lot more out of this machine

Added to a world. Model appears to be old model with conveyor dummies added, but the model parts for the doors are not visible.

Make sure your assembler has "use conveyors" turned on.

so ive installed the mod and then the assembler didnt pull items anymore, and after i uninstalled it i cant connect the original refinery with any conveyors. what should i do to fix it?

I cant seem to use any but the 4 pair on the one side where are the others, I tried (one on left of the pic) at the top side left to right and up to down no dice

I have noticed that for the first time in my SP game (my friend on a Server also has the problem) I can directly access the refinery but it wont pull anything from the conveyor system. It's sporatic because sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't and I have no idea what may be causing it. The ship I experienced it on has vanilla conveyors so it's not moded conveyor systems. This ship besides the Stone Crusher and the Nanite Facility there isn't anything moded on it besides the Ion thrusters (which obvioulsy don't connect to converyors).

Im having the strangest issue when I use this mod; my conveyor sorter blocks almost all lose their whitelist/blacklist filter capabilities. I say most because 1-2 of the 7 on my in-progress ship retain their sorting configuration and it can be edited, but the rest all lose complete functionality with that particular aspect. The filter lists will all be blank, scroll bar is missing its handle in the side, adding additional filters does nothing but remove that item from the "add" list, and none of the added or existing filters actually affects how the sorter works, nothing can move through the block. Which sorters are affected changes with different reloads, so I havent a clue how its causing that kind of a problem. Removal of this mod fixes the issue each time, adding it back in automatically creates the problem again. Using it in single player.

Well this is interesting I played in SP with only the 6 point refinery and all works fine so it would seem it is a mod clash. I will try to figure out which mod I was playing with that caused the issue. Sorry for blaming your mod. :)

Sektan, it seems the conveyor issue is only with the 6 point refinery. I removed the mod and restarted the world and the basic refineries were then there and most worked right away. A few people reported it still wasnt working so I restarted one more time and all refineries worked. I was using P2P MP not DS.

Been waiting for this for like a year or even more... Being forced to do assymmetric designs due to the refinery was a PITA. I think i'm gonna start bugging Xocliw to make this thing happen in the vanilla game! :D

converor system broken, it seems. only manual to be able to transfer ore or ingot in and out. tested with mod disabled and system was working again. hope its fixed soon, i love the extra ports

yes vas do not believe keenswh they are just lazy and that's why they did not want to make a 6 way refinery so :p
now if only someone would make me an awesome borg drone skin I would be so happy
with assimalation tubes for the welder grinder and a borg drill would be so cool all of elite status since they are borg tech

@d_valroth: it is balanced, check the machine max values in the mod and processing per kilo speeds. It is exactly balanced for the size difference. Also check the power usage for the size, also balanced. The small grid machine processes at the same speed because there are more of them.
I build these (https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=725686423) in survival using a "tug" to place one of the small connectors with a reactor on it. The I connect it and build from that side to the other. When the ither connector is completed it is "grabbed" by the other large grid connector. No "trickery" involved!

Some of us like the large grid, and some of us don't want to deal with the trickery required to mix small and large grid stuff.

This is a nice mod, but why build massive ore processing facilities with large grid when small grid process ore at same rate? I build a simple small grid ore processor (5x5 large grid) with over 36 refineries. Uses less power and space, but will process at same rate as 36 large grid refineries. Oh and it's very simple to construct in survival with or without gravity as it uses less resources and all you need is the "Small Ship Mega Mod Pack."
Maybe you could make asmall grid assembler with large ports as half of the items are too large to fit through small conveyors. :)

can you make this refinery so it also has space for 6 more upgrade modules (top/bottom, 2x-left/right)
