Everytime you get a kill,
you get a hat,

if you kill a person with an unusual, it will automaticly give the unusual to you

Could use a little more detail to make it more distinct, but I like the idea of having a larger wrench available.

Cool wrench skin.
Possible stats?

Cannot upgrade buildings
+100% faster build rate
Fundamentally changes buildings:
Replaces the sentry with a sticky sentry that fires micro-rockets
Dispensor heal rate +150%, dispensor cannot dispense ammo
Replaces teleporter with a mass cannon that can be used to launch players or projectiles
