Would love to try this mod, but it says I lack a dependency required to run the mod. There are mods listed as "referenced" but not "dependent' in the mod info. Any advice?

Go with God's grace, Kelo, but Ataturk's AI is somewhat heavy on the cheats and faith, which he turns into science without even knowing it. It's a civ that turns a crippling thing to focus, faith, into science without even knowing it.
