hey man love the mod been using it for a long time but since 1.9.2 i cant recruit agents because i dont get any agent slots. i tested it a lot and it definetly is this mod that is causing it. any tips on what to do?

This mod literally works off two lines of values changed. I dont play so much anymore but the knock on effect across the game can be anything, these are only value changes.

Fixed deployed. Sorry about that Sometimes they make minor changes to the file even during the samller updates. Should work fine now.

dude... it does more than that, you've modded it so that aircraft can mob the shit out of an area with fast relocation time and disabled efficiency regain so you just knock out the enemy's air superiority and move on... way to break the game and not tell anyone

Works fine for me, any way you can add an option for 50%? Japan had 50 million manpower after taking over China in one game we played, and that was on volunteer.

Update is out! Hopefully it should be ok now, from the looks of things the Devs added some new code to file which contains the defines for manpower, so I'v basically updated the file and set the atrribute for non-core manpower.
