For anyone wondering, this mod still works fine, ive been using it since day one and it still runs like a dream.

How can i change the cost of Concentrated Essence Potion so that it doesnt use Water Jar, so its easier to craft large quantities.

FINAL UPDATE: Ok so due to permission issues with steam workshop itself I am going to be uploading the mod with a different ModID. I will post here and create a discussions tab for people to use and when w4ters gets on later ill ask him to update the description to reflect it as well.

UPDATE: We're having some issues uploading the mod to this particular ModID but are working hard to see if we can get it to work. Worst case scenario which we already know works is creating a new ModID which everyone will have to changeover to. If we can't get this to work I will post the new ModID and the link to the new page so you can resubscribe. We will leave this mod up in the meantime so everyone knows where to go.

OK so the first cook failed so now im troubleshooting the errors. Expect a update to be uploaded sometime tonight or tomorrow but thursday at the latest as long as i dont run into many more problems!

@w4ters Just sent you a friend request can I talk to you about taking over this mod and updating it for aberration? This is one of those mods that needs to stay alive and I am now running into problems in my cluster with people not being able to learn the engrams even though they show up.

If the data is available at one point i would suggest aberation seeds too :)

the author has to wait for the update to the dev kit before he/she can add or do anything with the Aberration map and items

I just tested the engrams in singleplayer and they are learnable. I guess the mod is still working.

Is this mod still supported?

Could you ad an engram that converts some of the aberration mushrooms to a plant species X seed please?

Please update to work with aberration. It keeps crashing the server I play on.

I really hope this mod get s an update once aberration comes out, im sure there'll be new growable items or concsumables that this mod could cover.

how do you craft the recipe for the xp potion? concentrated essence potion. I have everything you need and yet nothing happens on me either in an industrial stove or cooking pot... Pliz help me!!!

Pumpkins fill 100 hunger when eaten... not sure what feeding them to a dino would do, haven't tried that now that I think of it.

So what are the point of pumpkins? Just to eat raw?

On a more relevant note for this mid-sized has anyone tried the stronger species x on SE? Friends and I finally got around to trying SE couple months ago and we have had moreseeds since creating the game. Engrams were fine.. learned them and built all the things. But the AI for the x plants only sporadically fires at stuff. We are using high range and all targets. Have used them on The Island and The Center with same radial settings and used to seeing the plants just light everything up all the time as spawns wander near base.

Not too big a deal, we have turned to AA's turret genie to ensure we aren't overrun while we are all offline.

Sometimes our plants decide to pitch in and lob a few stray green glowy gobs. So they do function. Just not reliably or all that fast.

The auto mod manager has been a broke a $$ feature since it was introduced. I have never used and I have never experienced engram issues or the like with this mod or any other mod. I use Ark Server Manager and it takes the PITA out of mod updates as well as managing a game that has endless minute settings. The in game server UI still doesn't come close to covering all of the customizations you can do.

I have yet to find anything near as robust and complete a tool as ASM for managing your Ark servers. Using any other method is just asking for trouble.

Even If I was using havok or the like instead of an azure vm, I would still use ASM locally to at the very least generate my INI files and update my mod folders locally. Then I would just copy paste the INI and mods using whatever ftp client etc.

Can confirm not being able to learn engrams is a problem with the mod when using automanagemods as mrshadow mentioned below.

This is the only mod I have an issue with auto managed mods. It doesn't install most of the mod folders. Even if you add the files manually and take the ModIDS entry out of your game.ini, automanagemods still clears the directory and overwrites it on server start back again.

This mod isn't worth manually managing mod updates so I'm dumping it from the server unless the dev chases up with steam to resolve the issue.

to those of you who are having problems learning the engrams.. it's a problem with Ark Mod Updater not installing the mod properly.. if you're running a private server you will need to manually upload the mod folder and mod file to the server..

chances are you're having the exact same problem with other mods!

Is there any chance this mod will be fixed? Right now I'm trying to use it but the engrams can't be learned, and any seeds I spawn in disappear on server restart as well as any grown plants.

Is there any mods this doesn't agree with? I am on a server with friends and they added this mod. It worked fine the first day but the 2nd it stopped working. We are not sure what is causing it.

I use this MOD in my server,but now I want to remove the ESSENCE Berrie seed and concentrated Essence potion.Shall i just use the method to disable its ENGREM?What changes will happen?I hope they can disappear which include produced items and skills.Thank u for ur help!

Neelix more than likely what happened is that the automatic updater broke the mod.. I had the exact same problem until I manually installed the mod on my server

Has anyone picked up this mod to repair it? I know the dev said he has moved on to other things, which is cool I understand that, would like someone to fix it as we have removed it from our servers due to the fact that you can no longer learn the engrams to craft the seeds.

I'm not sure why, but the stronger species X crop plots don't seem to attack anything most of the time.

I have some stronger Xs and some regulars right next to each other, both set to high range and attack all and only the regular species x plants attack anything.

I HAVE seen the stronger Xs attack before, but it's rare.

The plots are irrigated with over 200k fertilizer each and are currently listed as fruitlings. Am I doing something wrong?

@Malachi believe you have to use the cropPlot that comes with this mod.

Hi the big xplant seed not working with Large crop plots for S+ any fix for this pls.

We are unable to learn the engrams. and Spawn codes fail to work.

Since tek stuff requires black pearls, is there a way we can increasethe ratio of black pearls that are produced? Or maybe get a dedicated black pearl seed?
