Very time I try to load up the map or open the addon spawn folder it crashes my game. Broken as hell.

Tried your map, what server console gave me: "CModelLoader::Map_IsValid: 'maps/deathrun_dojo.bsp' is not a valid BSP file".

Not really bugfree I guess :)
