@Food Poisoning: I had a mod that adds just that, but there were many issues with it, I removed it from the workshop. I might look into it again some day.
Here, for example, a modder implemented it as a separate item which can be purchased from vendors. (This mod is for Kotor 1)

Thank you
You can give your PC the feat to use it.
It would be awesome to make a blaster and rocket launcher build.
Every mod that makes a 3D model available to the player that normally isn't is incompatible with another mod that does the same. Lately I've tried to avoid those, but you can still do cool things with it.

My (and assuming others) sincerest thanks.

You are right about this being an extension of what I do for a living, I do this as a hobby.
I don't have it here because of Steam mod limitations. You can apply the mod to the Steam version though, see the description.
I would love a "Play as Celeste Morne" head replacer, but nobody has ever made one. Hence why I'm asking.
Unzip somewhere and run the file "TSLPatcher - Install TSL Effixians Twilek Pack.exe".
If you use the Steam version then point the patcher to the game's location, for example:
[drive]:\[steam folder]\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Knights of the Old Republic II
If you use the Steam version + Steam's TSLRCM then point it to something like:
[drive]:\[steam folder]\SteamLibrary\steamapps\workshop\content\208580\485537937
Read the installation instructions again and see if you missed something.
