Thanks for help, Ben :) But anyway I just realized that it's useless to upload a totally same map of normals as already in game, deleted all the crap and saved over 15 mb lol. Everything works nice, I just made texture a bit darker... so. yep.

No I meant you have to open the normal map in photoshop or some other image editing software and invert the Y channel. The edges aren't smooth and the lighting is broken, the source engine requires inverted Y channels on normal maps on texture from other engines

MrBrightside, Nope, I don't touched normals this time, changed only texture.. Why ? because it makes possible to play on low settings with not so ugly weapons... yep. Anyway, gonna fix it later :)

You forgot to invert the Y channel of the normal map, that's why the edges look really weird.
