No I live in Germany, but I like to travel to skyscraper cities and do a lot of pictures. I just visit Dubai three times. Own a lot of more pictures from skyscrapers. Just pm me, which tower you need. Or I can tell you, which cities I visit.
Check out my pictures from my Cities Skylines Dubai and include now your building (Population now is 550.000): http://imgur.com/a/4iChI
I'd be superhappy if I could use atleast one of the pics you've uploaded to imgur :)

@HatsuneKid Awesome, I'll make sure to update it with the new roof and double glass for the balonies on the left side of the building tonight if I find the time.
Color of glass is ok for now. I means glass curtain could have a clearer reflection. More like a blue smooth mirror but not frosted glass I think.
Well that color fits buildings like for example Al Yaqoub in Dubai, but I'm pretty sure they're using colored glass for alot of the marina buildings including the Damac residenze. Also as it's in the middle of the desert, I suppose having clear sky most days also has something to do with the colors I get from the reference photos.
I've added concrete and some vents, is something like this what you had in mind?

Also added double glass for the balconies sticking out on that part of the building, as I personally the rest of the balconies isn't noticable enough for the tris increase that to be worth it.
For the color, maybe you are right. But how about make the surface of the glass curtain wall more smooth, just like this:

That will make it more realistic I think.
For the roof, may I suggest that add a concrete or brick platform and parapet, put some air conditioners on the platform to "hide" them. like this:

Anyway, thanks for your hard work to bring us such beautiful assets. ^^

Awesome but with a pity.
For the color, is it the overall color of the building that you think is to bright? With the LUT I'm using, it's quite similar to the real building; http://i.imgur.com/dfVX3SH.jpg
And I totally agree with the roof, I was a bit lazy there. Didn't really know how it would look irl, so I just threw a color over it.
I honestly think there's a extremely small chance you'll ever see my buildings as DLC's as they're rarely optimized to the standards that CO has for tris, textures etc, but thanks either way :)
Glass barrier does not have double sided texture. The color of the glass curtain wall is too bright that looks not realistic. The texture of the roof top is sloppy.
If the problems listed above do not exist, I would very much like to buy your assets as a DLC .
