They are Photon liveries, not skins. I have written instructions in the desc on how to apply them.

Ok, so same problem as the other vehicles. The edge lightbar is backwards (basically the white LEDS face the front). On the vehicles you use the lightbar for, they are facing the back. This also applies to the Code 3MX7000 lightbar you used.
