A POI destroyer? we've thought about it. The fuel costs alone make it a tricky proposition to use in survival. I'll take to the Master Shipbuilder and see what he says ;)

I created a thread on the official Empyrion forums regrading a-symmetrical and non-euclidean design ideas found here: http://empyriononline.com/threads/share-your-a-symmetrical-vessel-designs.7587/

I think it has challeged quite a few people and kinda kicked up some dust. That design theme can be quite challenging. So my question is, would you be interested in the exploration of creating an a-symmetrical or non-euclidean ship or base design?
