Are you stupid? Description specifically states they won't focus on spartans.
If you want to play as a IV or whatever go play halo 5 or something.
There are playable Spartan II & III's did you missed them ? so why not add spartan IV's ? It would be for the greater good they are less powerful than the other spartans generations but still a lot stronger than mere ODSTs, you could call it the cheaper less quality mass produced spartans recruited from regular marines and ODSTs without their armor they would be on ODST level I think the mod would benefit from this alot, since the most servers require you to donate to the server to play spartans which is awful, but since spartan IVs are deployed in large numbers, it makes your argument almost invalid, if you try to bring in the timeline argument let me tell you there are already several assets and vehicles which werent available during OP Trebuchet but still made it into the mod.

If you only use the transport unload waypoint it can cause all helicopter aircraft to just ascend to the heavens.
Eden: What should be done is putting a move waypoint to the place you want to unload, then putting a transport unload waypoint in the same place as the movement waypoint. Make sure the movement waypoint is first and transport is second.
Zeus: If your doing it in zeus then place a movement waypoint, and wait for the aircraft to take off and move. Then change that waypoint to transport unload once it gets going.
If you want to be more precise with where the aircraft lands, place a helipad or invisible helipad.
