This is a unique feeling module that is fun to play! Thank you for creating this for the community!

Hey there, I think this is a really cool module, so do my friends but we cant figure out what were doing wrong here. So we've figured out whodunnit and with what weapon, but we cant figure out the location. Is there some step I'm missing or something? Please help...

Also, I think I found a bug. There is a combination in which the kitchen is the red room, but none of the options are valid. At first we thought we had the RCA ports wong and we tried using row 2, but there were no valid suspects or weapons who lined up. I don't know if it is an error on my part or what, but I thought I would bring it up just in case. Thank you in advance for your support.

I was using this earlier and it was working, I unsubscribed because i wasnt sure how the module works, then i wanted to test something so i installed it back but when I went to go and launch the game back up the mod was not detected. Why did this happen?

The Stereo RCA ports thing tripped me up at first. I know the vanilla manual shows it as a pair of holes, but I kept getting confused on whether it was considered "2" in this module's manual or just one. When I was figuring out how to do this module, I knew I was making mistakes somewhere, but not knowing whether I read the chart improperly or if the RCA port was considered 2 or not was frustrating at first. Honestly, just to avoid confusion (because figuring ouy a new module is confusing already) - I'd change the manual to "if there is a Stereo RCA port, then.." It would still require you to look for the port, but in my opinion would be less confusing.

Otherwise, it's kinda fun. Since this is only the second modded module I've downloaded, I was able to get the same solution for 4 out of the 5 Murder modules on a bomb, which was satisfying. Miss Scarlet went on a rampage in that room with her revolver.

You were doing the right thing when you were looking for a common location between the two lines. This does give too many results (3 or 4) but only one of those results will actually be on the module - the other results will contain either a suspect or weapon which doesn't appear on the display.

OK, we might be very stupid, but we can't figure out what we're supposed to do. We got two lines in the table, that's fine. We've tried:

- find common place between two line: too much results
- using existing author/weapon in module available in the lines: failed/too much results
- bunch of other stupid thing

Honnestly, what are we supposed to do?
(English isn't my native language, but I'm pretty good with and it doesn't look like the answer is in the docs.)

Hey, I played Cluedo at a family gathering a week ago.
Asimir  [author] 18 Nov, 2016 @ 5:04pm
Yeah, you're looking for rooms which are common between the suspect row and the weapon row. There should be 3 or 4 such rooms, but only one will correspond to a suspect and weapon which are actually on the module.
Notsabad 18 Nov, 2016 @ 2:25pm
I am afraid that I cannot figure out how to read the table. Am I looking for the same rooms between rows to figure out the murder location? I honestly don't know what I am doing wrong here.

Isnt this a copyright of CLUE Or CLUEDO

Apparently the manual problem is caused by the Monsplode mod. Something about it is making the game fail to autogenerate the manuals.
FoalanLupis 12 Oct, 2016 @ 5:48pm
This module does not appear in my auto-compiled manual. I am unsure why...

Likewise mac issues. Works on windows, not on mac.

If you wanna join the /r/Ktane discord, we can try to figure it out together.

I'm afraid I have no idea what could be causing that so I don't know how to fix it :(
guedes.yannick 4 Oct, 2016 @ 7:57am
Sadly It seems that it doesn't work on my Mac, i downloaded it, and it always happens do be a neon pink module and the letters are simple pink unreadable blocks, the buttons are not visible too. The idea is pretty cool indead, so it's a pitty it doesn't work for me.

This module has an average amount of difficulty, but still adds a challenge
Bashly 28 Sep, 2016 @ 3:52pm
Very nice module indeed. Not too hard, but maintains just enough complexity to keep experts coming back for more without it becoming trivial.

Also great to see some board game references in KTaNE (in this case of Cluedo/Clue, depending on where you played it), and all in all, a great module to add to my regular mod module mix!

I've now fixed the problem with the TRN indicator. The fix involves a change to the manual, so if anybody has it downloaded you'll need to redownload it.
The Sojourner 28 Sep, 2016 @ 12:26pm
Nice Clue® Reference. Everything is very nicely formatted! I'll be giving this one a try when I get the chance.
Asimir  [author] 28 Sep, 2016 @ 5:42am
Thanks. I didn't realise it was possible to have two of the same indicator on the bomb. I definitely need to fix that.
caitsith2 28 Sep, 2016 @ 4:39am
Based on my observations of the suspects and weapons rules, most of the checks were designed to keep the module from deciding to use the same row for weapons as for suspect. It seems though that the TRN label is an edge case though, because this absolutely ASSUMES that there will never be a LIT TRN as well as an Unlit TRN label. I have personally seen bombs that had both lit and unlit versions of a label though. If such a bomb comes up such that it has both a Lit and Unlit TRN, the body does NOT turn up in neither the lounge, nor the Billiard Room, the bomb has at least one battery, and no more than 4, and the bomb has no serial port, then that module will be auto-solved.
Asimir  [author] 27 Sep, 2016 @ 3:06pm
@porcu93 Yeah, I guess I should mention that. It's meant to be implicit that the murderer and the murder weapon are together at the time of the murder, but I suppose it's the sort of thing that's easy to overlook when you're about to explode. Thanks.

@rexkix Awesome. Thanks :)
porcu93 27 Sep, 2016 @ 2:11pm
by the "connection betweeen" stuff I mean adding it in the manual, unless I missed it or is intended to not be in
rexkix 27 Sep, 2016 @ 2:07pm
I give this module the Golden Seal of Correct Gamepad Support. Nice work.
porcu93 27 Sep, 2016 @ 9:12am
It seems ok, just tested it by doing 5 of these at one in 30 minutes. Maybe you could add that there must be a connection between weapon and person via the room (wich is the one there has been the murder)
