It's nice that you make lots of thoughts. Some of them are really good. I will implement some them in next time. However tomorrow will come a new industrial park 8 x 6. What concerns about the level of houses: I can set down the values, but it wished of other people to set high values. That was one building grow to Lvl 4 is random. I think it's random. Thank you very much for your detailed comments.

smaller plots could also be built much more simply so as to fill in small holes like 1x1 spots.. i currently use one that just consists of a tree and a vending machine for example.

if built on say a 2x2 or 3x3 print and given corners these growables could effectively handle fences and as lond as the player either zoned correctly or excluded other buildings of these sizes from thier themes they could all build in a row and create an effective improvable fence or hedge system around your facilities or houses that is self managing after placement.

I know this is somewhat tangential to the topic.. but in regards to modular parks.. I have yet another possible suggestion i would make for it.. Core you make such beautiful parks and some of them are simply a little too good for many neighborhoods to be placed in.. I recently came across a park that someone had built as a lvl 4 residential and so as the houses would develop in that district once hitting lvl 4 an occaisional park would pop into place between the houses.. This was awesome!! I had thought that the same sort of park progression could be built all the way up for each chain.. this would provide crappy parks at low level and as the neighborhood gets better the parks would automatically improve. choosing odd or small sized for a footprint could even keep buildings from intruding on thier space as long as the builder didnt theme against those lot sizes.--- again COre.. thanks for all your beutiful work--- Thor.

Hi @core79, if you look one of the awesome park created by you and stacking them on the road will provide modular appearance though they all are separate ones. So if we have similar modular appearance I would imagine this industrial park may appear very good. Nevertheless I may be wrong. So I just passed an idea to you which you can ignore simply as because you are a master blaster parker mate :steamhappy: cheers for your wonderful assets / parks.

@manu and @hikke: Thank you very much. Glad if you like it!

@manu: I'm not sure if I know what you mean. But if it is what I think it is a good idea. Thanks again.

just an idea to your imagination. If you could create this to support kind of modular kind of parking wouldn't be nice? I am bone head so I may be completely wrong. In such case please ignore my idea mate. In either case this park is a very beautiful one.
